Great raincoat! Lightweight and easy for my dog to move around in, not noisy. I also like the tightening bungee around the neck because it makes the hood stay in place! I have a 15 lb cavapoo and I got the medium and it fits well. I would recommend this product.

This is exactly what I ordered ! It’s a bit sheer but pretty flexible. My dog is a Pocket pitbull and I ordered a large for him- if you have a full sized pit or similarly long dog I’d recommend the XL. The hood stays on as long as he doesn’t do a shake. I did have to snip the elastic around the neck because it was a little tight but it should be fine on other breeds of dog with smaller heads. He was unbothered and comfortable in it.Also this will work with regular collars and thin harnesses, but if you use a heavy duty harness like I do , it won’t impair their mobility if you put it on over the raincoat. It is pretty thin though so I don’t expect it to last forever, but I’d buy it again if it rips just because its so affordable and comfortable on my dog.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  II had to have my dog, Sophia, use this a couple of times before I wrote a review. But it appears it fits well it doesn’t slide around on her. The Velcro straps underneath the belly take only a second to put on and her head slides right into the hood and she’s quite comfortable with it all the way up. The rear elastic leg loops are also simple to use. I like the two leash and harness openings too. Taking a night video shows how reflective it is and that makes me very happy. I did give it only 4 stars for durability as I don’t know how well it’ll hold up with almost daily use up here in the Pacific Northwest :-)Edited: I thought durability would be an issue, but it hasn't been at all. I just take it off and set it out to dry and all is good until it's needed next. Also keeps snow off of her too :-)

Although my dog doesn't LOVE it (what dog really loves wearing clothes), we used it on our walk in the rain and got a lot of smiles because of the visor haha. The thing is, my dog HATES the rain, hates getting wet. There have been many a time I have stood out in the rain for 30 mins getting soaked begging her to potty because she's hugging walls and refuses to even SNIFF a patch of soggy grass. She especially hates getting her face wet, which is why I got this one with the visor. I think it actually worked well, it covered her face while she was sniffing but didn't impair her sniffing out a good spot and she seemed to be un-phased once she was on her walk. It's very lightweight so who knows how durable it will be, but I actually like it because it doesn't impair her walking at all like other rain jacket have so she seems to forgot its on once we're out and about. The only thing that may be annoying is you slip it on over their head, which some dogs don't like, but then the rest is easy with velcro straps going under their chest and the stretchy straps going under their legs.

Being honest, I've yet to take our precious 4 MO canine out in the rain since we recd. product.But the design and construction is very suitable for the cost.Very easy to put on after sizing on neck and attaching velcro for the front legs.Then it's just to hold the rear of the coat while pulling it over the head.Then lift front legs one at a time up and thru the leg holes.Lift rear legs one at a time and slip them thru the thin straps.Ready to take the dog out, with or without the leash depending on the dog's training.Yes!... there's even a reinforced opening for the leash with a velcro closure!Every edge has reinforced stitching!

This is a great raincoat. ... It fits from large doggies to little-little doggies, and they LOVE keeping relatively dry outside in the rain, especially some of the doggies who really do not care for rain on their fur! ... Got it January 2020, and here in August 2020 one of the back-leg elastic bands pulled away. ... Other than that it has lasted through several different doggies of shapes and sizes who visit here (well, except for March through mid-July 2020 since their humans did not travel). ..... Perhaps the elastic end could be sewn back on. .... In any event, it's a bright visible color, it is easy to put on doggies of any size and somehow it fits them fine, and it dries fast. ... The cute raincoat is also fine for summer since it is so light-weight. ... It makes it much easier to dry the doggie off when we're back in from a rain outing. ... Fits petfect. Great quality,material very supple. Easy on and off .hasn't rained yet, but will do the job.This pup is a 7# 8month old Chinese crested powder puff.

Where have I been or where has this raincoat been? I LOVE it!!!! At first you think it's thin and flimsy but nope! It's durable and works great! The bonus is that I live in the Pacific Northwest where it can be cool and rainy and this raincoat allows me to put a jacket on my boy AND his raincoat so he's WARM and DRY! The other raincoats, you can only wear the raincoat so I always felt he was cold. But now with this awesome coat and design, he stays both warm and dry. The front tucks under them and keeps their chest dry. The little visor works great and it stays in place. I just want to buy one of these for all my dog friends, it's so great! Best purchase of the year for dog wear, for sure!!!
