L9ng term low quality
It was good for the first year of using but after a year I was using it and all of a sudden the switch broke while the saw was on, defenatly not good timing. Quality is not there if you use it frequently

Used to replace switch on Skil Saw brand table saw
The switch was easy to replace and didn’t take too long to swap out. I was really nervous about taking things apart a bit, but figured it was worth the risk if I could avoid having to buy a new table saw. And things went relatively smoothly. It’s worked just fine since.

SW7A: Perfect drop-in replacement for my Ryobi WDP1850 drill press switch
This SW7A switch is a perfect drop-in replacement for the power switch on my old Ryobi WDP1850 drill press. It extends outwardly about 1/8" less than the original (no problem there), the lock plug is yellow instead of the original red (no problem there), and has a SPDT (two separate-but-linked switches) arrangement rather than the original SPST switch, is better than the original. I can connect one of the SPST switches to my original push-on connectors, keeping the second SPST switch unused, waiting for the day when the first switch fails, as the original just did, and move the connectors over to the second functioning switch connectors.(I should add that the problem with the original switch failure was that one of the connector tabs, which was attached the switch body via a rivet, failed when the rivet fatigued and broke free (see picture). The switch's internal mechanism was just fine. It was the connector that let go, causing the failure after about 20 years of usage.)

Couldn't obtain this item in Australia
I was very happy to be able to access this product and have it shipped to Australia. This item was unavailable in Australia. I received the item and immediately installed it into my faulty sanding machine . Now it works a treat and no need to purchase a new machine . A substantial saving for me. Much thanks.

It's definitely a switch
It fit almost perfect in my old Delta 10" table saw. Wiring was easy enough. One star removed because the safety lock is very difficult to remove, I pretty much have to pry it loose. It was also a little loose in the body of my saw but that also could be just the saw.
