Good product with great service. I have been using it for a year for smoothies, and it does the job well. I had an issue with the jar, called customer care, and they resolved the complaint within a couple of hours.

Honest review.Working is good. Jars are durable. But my motor was faulty. Due to warranty they had to replace it. The replaced motor again became faulty after a month. This time the seller told that they will ship the PCB as its faulty. But now they said, location is not deliverable.This doesn't happen with other products. Instead of buying this for 4k. Or less prefer a proper blender/mixer.Nutri/bullet blenders are not efficient. Especially this one by agaro.This is not a critical review thats added purposely. But genuine advise. That dont go for this product rather get a 1000w< moxer grinder. They are durable and wont give you tension if it becomes faulty.Ease of use and cleaning all goes through the roof once the product is not durable and trustworth. And their service is poor.

AGARO Marvel Nutri Blender is a fantastic product in its category. It's easy to use, very handy and reliable. Jars are vert sturdy and have good capacity. It's a value for money product. All kinds of grinding is done quickly, and it's easy to clean the jars after use. Agaro is a trusted brand and all its products are world-standard products. I'm very happy with the product and after-sale support is very good.

Product is good without any doubt but the gasket broke down after few uses and not available anywhere . I m trying to find it for the last 5..6 months , jars are leaking because of this

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Agaro blender less than 10 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already stopped working. While I understand that products can have issues, what’s completely unacceptable is the terrible customer service experience that followed.I raised a complaint with their customer support team and since then, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get any response or resolution. Every time I call customer support, I am assured that someone will contact me by 6:30 PM to resolve my issue, but no one ever does. I have made countless phone calls, each time getting the same false promises.I was told to submit the invoice and a video of the defective product, which I did. I even sent these details on WhatsApp to their representative whose number is always switched off. Despite all this, when I called customer care again, I was told that my details have been lost and I need to resend everything! How is it possible to run a customer service operation this poorly?This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. It’s clear that the company does not care about its customers or resolving issues in a timely manner. I have wasted an incredible amount of time and effort trying to get this issue fixed, and I am still without a working blender or any clarity on when it will be fixed.Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product and brand at all costs. They don’t just sell unreliable products—they also provide horrible customer service.

After around 2 weeks of using it, the blender wasn't rotating the fixture got stuck. Called the Agaro customer care, they asked for a video and got the faulty machine replaced within a week without any question asked. The blender works as per my expectations, no one can't guarantee wrt electronic item, but the best part is the customer care service.
