I read many of the reviews and almost got discouraged but I compared across many other options from other's... From a buyer with an open mind, a slightly older model and lightly used. Is just fine for me, Screen is unflawed, response time in data read & write good enough. I'm just a basic user: pay bills, web suffer, prime & youtube watcher with some FaceTime with my child. This beginning is excellent 👌!!! It was dead on arrival but charged in no time too 100% with little ease and updated to new OS over my Hotspot with no issues... Cord was included with charging brick and all seem to be working just fine, I did check brick continuously while it was charging to make certain things weren't getting excessively hot. Other spectators might be bothered by scratch and scrapes but the system I was sent is just fine by my standards & "I'm HAPPY 😊" ☆☆☆☆☆

This is top of line from 2018, with a good product, the screen is nice, no scratches and the rest of it looks like new. I recommend getting a macbook from amazon 100%. The 13 inch is great for comfortability and size shapes up nice. Its functioning like it was just un seeled. The laptop is very lightweight, good for transporting from one spot to the next.

The device arrived quickly, was in excellent condition, and super easy to set up. Also, it came with all of the necessary cords and was packaged very well. After about 2 months of use, I noticed that the keyboard was difficult to use at times. The spacebar did not properly function and it was VERY difficult to type the simplest of sentences without having to touch the spacebar multiple times between EACH AND EVERY WORD :(. I initially reached out to the seller and they sent me a generic link with troubleshooting options (which I already had done on my own beforehand). I then realized I had a wireless keyboard and this took care of the initial issue. Two months after the keyboard issue (month 4), I discovered that the laptop would not charge. Initially I thought it was the charger, but it did work with another apple device. Then I thought it was my electrical outlet, but that was not the case either. I connected my wireless mouse to the device via usb-c and it worked perfectly. To preserve the remainder of the battery life I shut it down, and a few hours later I attempted to use the device and the battery was completely dead, the device would not start and it would not take a charge. So, after about 4 months of usage and $500 I no longer have an operable device to work with. I sent the device to the insurance company and a few days later I received a message saying they are unable to repair it. They will issue me a full refund for the purchase price. Moral of the story, if you need a laptop, just buy a new one OR if you buy a refurb PURCHASE THE INSURANCE.

Everything was in great condition, but unfortunately the unit had issues with the keyboard (common issue for MacBooks of this year) and the battery life was less what I had hoped. Return process was easy and the seller was extremely cooperative.

I originally purchased an excellent condition 2019 MacBook Pro, but when I got it, it had a large dent on the front and multiple very large and noticeable scratches all over it. Now I know that these are refurbished but when I purchase something that is supposed to be in excellent condition, I would expect it to have minimal ware. I ended up sending it back and asking for a refund, and then purchased a 2018 MacBook through them instead. This one came in great condition with no visible wear. It runs great and I haven’t had any issues with it!

The laptop came with battery issues. Other than that everything works.

This MacBook Pro, 13.3 inch, 2018 was sold at a price point of around $973 CAD and came to $1043 after fees, shipping and taxes. Not only did this save me about 500$, this MacBook Pro was left to charge overnight and then has lasted me over 13 hours today, with 12% battery still remaining. I did have to optimize battery setting and for some reason only one of the thunderbolt ports works with a compatible charger, but it was great value overall which is why this is a 5-star product. The MacBook is perfect, I’m happy with it! It was delivered fast and the seller left it open (unlike others) so it was easy to set up. There was no damage at all- it looks brand new. I’ve had it almost a month and haven’t had any problems.

Product in good quality as per vendors description. Had install the latest OS as requested on purchase, so much appreciated!. I had forgotten to mention that I require an Aus charger not an US charger. My fault and not vendor. Just mention here to remind international buyer and vendor alike of this little detail.
