Great for huge bubbles - excellent value
First time making big bubbles.I made sure to slowly sprinkle 1 tablespoon (regular spoon, not measuring spoon) of Bubbleventi mix to a gallon of warm plain tap water. No problems with clumps here - looking at some negative reviews, I think some people might be using too much mix with too little water. After mixing briefly, I added 3/4 cup of Dawn Ultra (green color, anti-bacterial apple blossom scent - nothing special, it was what we had at home) and again stirred the mix for a short time. I used a whisk, but this was an overkill in my case. Because I only wanted a brief practice, I stored most of the finished virgin mix in a used gallon water jug. After letting the mix sit for a couple of hours, I ended up spending about one hour late in the afternoon making big bubbles using around 1/3 gallon of the mix - with some refill added from the storage jug. Using E-Know wands, I was able to make big bubbles more than 1 meter (or more than 3 feet) long with ease. It also worked great with little bubble maker toys - much better than garden-variety bubble mix.The weather was in low 80s, maybe 50-60% humidity with almost no wind. I had to either walk with the wand or move the wand around to make the bubbles. Also with no wind, the bubbles sank to the ground pretty quickly - the bubble reached the top of my house once once, which was nice when it actually happened. My understanding is that you want 100% humidity, maybe cooler air, and a little bit of wind (but not too much) to get humongous bubbles - one of these days! The instruction on the bottle had an optional suggestion of using 1 teaspoon of baking powder with a gallon of water for longer-lasting bubbles - I haven't tried this yet. While the Bubbleventi bottle is tiny, I ended up using only a small amount of the mix - I should have no problem making over 10 gallons of bubble mix with this bottle. Compared to other similar products in Amazon, this is excellent value.[added 3 days later]I used around a quart of the mix I prepared 3 days earlier. The weather was about the same. The quality of the bubbles seemed about the same. I took a few photos. Afterwards taking the photos, I figured out that I get better results by lifting the wands higher - above my head. Making bubbles at higher "altitude" also keeps completed bubbles stay "alive" for longer before touching the ground and breaking up. Better results with more practice - no surprise there!

Great investment
If you're tired of buying bubble wands all the time then this is it! I've had the same bottle of powder solution for a couple years now and still haven't used half of it! This is meant for the very large bubbles and has a recipe to make one gallon of solution. They included a smaller recipe for 4 cups of water, but even then I cut that in half and still have plenty to fill up the bubble wands! This is not normal bubble solution that you're probably used to. It's a bit more viscous and may leave a residue but I haven't had any problems. It doesn't hurt to add a bit more water to reach a good consistency that doesn't mess with bubble production. This stuff may even be easier for little ones to learn how to blow bubbles. Unlike the bad bubbles, the kind that only gives one bubble at a time or doesn't allow for any at all.All the bubble wands, guns and homemade ones with string have worked well. Millions of bubbles every where! Fun for adults too if you don't mind soapy hands. The solution does clump up when mixing, which probably can be avoided with mixing ingredients in a certain order (which I haven't figured out yet) Store left over solution in an airtight container and away from sunlight and it's good to go any day.

This formula really works and it gives people (and especially kids!) a lot of fun chasing this HUGE bubbles all around.

Great bubbles
Easy to mix and what you mix up but don't use stays good for a long time - so no waste....except for the 2 year old who wants to help pour the bubble mix into the tray, lol!

Video Review: making the mix one handed in under a minute
The media could not be loaded. We tried out giant bubbles when our neighbors got us into them. Having three kids, these bubbles are awesome to get them entertained. We also bought the EKnow four pack of plastic wands. We submitted a separate video review of the wands and this bubble mix in action. Here is a video of making the mix with one hand in well under a minute. The instructions say to use hot water, but in the video it’s regular tap water (4 cups) in a cheap kids bucket. In a regular spoon, not a measuring teaspoon, you dust the water with the bubble mix. Then with an egg beater you mix the BubbleVenti into the water. Then you add a quarter cup of the Dawn ultra dish soap they recommend. If you make a gallon (16 cups of water) it’s probably best to mix the water after adding each teaspoon of powder to make sure there is room in the surface for the next spoon.

Homemade worked way better
We tried this using ultra Dawn dish soap and the recommended eKnow wands. Results were mediocre. Then I tried a homemade solution of 12 oz Dawn dish soap (Simply Clean non-concentrated from the dollar store), 8 cups distilled water (I just used our filtered water/reverse osmosis at the sink), and a little (quarter cup?) light corn syrup. Without even letting it sit, we were getting fantastic results and even the little kids could easily get big bubbles. I am returning this BubbleVenti solution because it didn’t work very good and isn’t worth the money.

Amazing giant bubbles
We have tried homemade giant bubble soap and it’s ok. This giant bubble mix is truly amazing. It is easy to make. Remember to sprinkle the powder on the water and stir at the same time. We got a few lumps because we didn’t stir fast enough. The lumps were easily broken up with a kitchen whisk before adding the dish soap. We gently stirred in the Dawn, covered the bowl and let it sit for an hour. The kids dipped in their string wands and made huge bubbles every time. We poured the unused soap into a plastic jug and capped tightly. I hope it can be used again with the same amazing results.
