I had high hopes for these things to make a chair quieter. I put them on the bottom of my Grandpa's chair but they squeak!Pros: Inexpensive. Easy. Super-quick. Don't have to drive a nail up into the chair leg as with some types. They stay on reasonably well.Cons: What was one of the "pros" is also a "con": They stay on reasonably well, the key word here being "reasonably", meaning they've squeak (on certian floor types)! I am still unsure these will also squeak (or they tried to squeak) on my Matte-finished wood floor (Home Legend Hand Scraped Maple Sedona hardwood floor).
