This is a nice comfy pillow but in my opinion does not last.The first 3 nights of using it was fine, it did the job as it should by keeping my spine alined and knees apart. After that the pillow seemed to squash down too much and not do its job as it did the first few nights. Ive now noticed my back pain returning.Maybe the memory foam is not dense enough, I am certainly not a large heavy person at only a size 10!So for me it has not lasted well and for that reason it is very expensive for what it is.I have given an extra star as customer service is very good but the product itself is only worth 2

Having used this for several weeks, I can say it’s very good. It will get less rigid over time, but it’s just thick enough to keep my need from sitting on top of eachother. I don’t have heavy legs, I’m fairly skinny.

Firm quality. 100 times better than pillow. I've damaged knee this stopped legs touching each other so less pain

My husband has osteo arthritis in knees. Tried other knee pillows but considers this the best. Says he's a lot worse at night without it.

What I liked about this is how firm the foam inside was and the feel of the material covering the foam.

Although this is very well made, my husband found it cumbersome when he was going to the bathroom during the night. Is comfortable enough when in bed.

Taken the pressure off my pelvis, this one looked quite wide I was worried it would be too big but it's just right, so comfy, doesn't fall down your leg. Sleep improved

Pretty good support if you’re a side sleeper. Could be a tad firmer.
