Works brilliant for me

Bought this a couple of years ago, I have now run out and am getting some more. Really do not know what I would have done without it. Just spray it on and after a few minutes 3 or 4, the cramp has completely gone. I thought it was expensive but needed to try something. But like I said it was a couple of years ago, you don't need much and doesn't work out expensive in the long run. This product really works, quite a strong menthol sort of smell which is what obviously warms the muscle to relieve the cramp. I don't normally write reviews but do rely on others peoples to decide what to buy, so have decide it was time to payback.

Didn't find this exceptional.

My wife was told that Tonic Water and a banana a day stops you getting cramp.I can assure you that does not always work but this spray does relieve the cramp and is brilliant.She has been using the spray on her legs, feet and toes and suffers regularly.Although the the containers are only 50ml it does last a long time as only a small amount is needed, usually only just one spray at a time.She also uses it for muscular pain in her legs and even pains in her knees which tend to be arthritic.An excellent buy.

For the past few years, I have suffered from thigh cramps. Like a giant clamp being applied to your thigh muscles, it's so painful it has me rolling about on the floor with quite a number of expletives coming out of my mouth! Recently I started taking magnesium tablets and an electrolyte drink, but to no real effect. I'm loath to try quinine given the dubious health issues. So, for the past week I've been spraying/rubbing this on my thighs each morning after showering. And for the past week, everything's been fine - until walking home (approx. 2 miles) from work today when my thighs starting cramping about 10 minutes from home. Fortunately, it wasn't as bad as it usually is, and I managed to get home. Sprayed this on my thighs and within 30 seconds the muscles eased up.So, at least for me, this definitely works. I ordered three bottles but might place another order soon just to have a back-up supply.

It was for my wife who suffers from night cramps,this product soon relieves the cramps

It was not as good as i thought it would be.

It works I can now get a good nights sleep every night
