Everything came well packaged with good instructions. Quality was very good which helped with installation. No grinding this or that to make it fit. You most likely will have to remove heat shields and such to install the flange with the 3 holes. This can be problematic in tight areas. Have proper tools for the job.

This is a nice kit to add to a Champion generator. I unfortunately had some trouble with the install however. Make sure you remove the entire muffler heat shield to access the spark arrestor screws properly. The supplied screws just would not go in properly (felt like they were cross threading) and so I just went for it. I went too far and over torqued, causing one of the supplied screws to snap off in the hole. After drilling and re-tapping 2 holes, I was able to get the screws in properly and the entire Genexhaust kit to seat properly and securely. I ordered the 2 foot kit, but I should have gone for a longer hose, it's a bit short to connect my muffler to. After building my quiet box (with ample airflow because of CO2 sensor) and installing this kit, I have a nice setup to quietly power my home.I purchased this for the Champion 100485, which has spark arrestor part # 46.101300.00 You can cross check this with other generators on their website. Each product on the Champion website contains a parts list for download, or the parts list is included in the owners manuals.

We ordered this product to install the exhaust for our generator which we have in a shed. We had no way of knowing the correct size, as nothing was marked on the spark arrester and we could not find the kit for generator's model number. When it arrived, the parts we ordered were too large. After my husband talked with Troy, he sent us the replacement parts we needed for the right fit, and we sent the parts that did not fit back to him. We have not experienced customer service this great in years!! Thank you. I am unable to rate the "easy to install" feature because we have not installed the exhaust kit yet - hoping to this weekend if it doesn't rain.

It’s well made, works and is reasonably priced but it would be nice if the flex line didn’t burn the coating off of it the fist time you run it and make my shop stink for hours

This is a high quality custom parts kit that perfectly fit my Champion 9375 starting watt dual-fuel generator. This kit came with everything I needed to allow me to safely vent my generator exhaust through my detached garage wall. The custom exhaust stub piece has good welds and fit perfectly. The included instructions were simple to follow and straight forward. The screws I received were better than the ones pictured in the product description (the ones I received were black and tightened by allen wrench, instead of a phillips head). At first, I hesitated purchasing the kit, since it was not prime shipping eligible, had no reviews and seemed pricey for what seems like just some 'pieces of metal', but after receiving it, I am glad to say it is a well made custom built kit & the price is justified. The seller was quick to respond to my question & I received the package sooner than estimated. I would definitely recommend buying from Innovative Generator Solutions & would gladly buy from again, if I ever need to in the future.

Purchased this exhaust extension kit for my CHAMPION 6250W DUAL FUEL GENERATOR. I installed the generator in a Suncast horizontal shed, which I modified with several air vents and an attic fan. The supplied flange was easy to install, as was the five foot flexible exhaust pipe. It worked out perfectly for my application. I was very pleased with the quality of the flange, coupler and flexible pipe. Very high quality in every respect.
