Great variety of enzymes that help with food digestion

I am extremely impressed with this product. I did my research before purchasing these enzymes and I can confidently say that there are no other digestive enzyme complexes that gives you the full spectrum that Masszymes offers.I had two reasons for purchasing this product. Firstly to take with my protein shake post workout to support my body in more efficiently converting the protein to amino acids and then also enhancing the rate of absorption. Secondly, to have more energy after my evening meal... I had been feeling rather fatigued after the last meal of the day. After taking this product for a week I can happily report that my muscles are feeling leaner and more conditioned and I have boundless energy after my evening meal. Put simply, I’m feeling great!My wife noticed the positive changes in me and decided to experiment for herself. She has been lactose intolerant for many years suffering from bloating and pain after consuming any dairy products. Short storey - she took 2 capsules 30 mins before having her favourite halloumi cheese and 2 capsules straight after... she never suffered from any pain or bloating. In her own words, “miraculous”! My wife now intends to travel with these whenever we go on holiday or to new restaurants - truly life changing for her.I can not recommend this product enough. My wife and I will now be life long customers!

I bought this product to help with the healing process after a surgical procedure in the near future, however, the day before it arrived I ate near enough a whole boule of wholemeal sourdough (I am intolerant to flour and bread is like crack cocaine to me) and I had the worst stomach pain I have ever experienced (I still kept eating the bread though despite the stomach pain) l. The next day I was unable to attend the gym or yoga classes I had booked because the pain was so bad and wasn't easing. So as soon as my delivery arrived, I took 3 pills, with the reaming slices of sourdough (like I said, it's my crack cocaine) and within half an hour my stomach had returned to normal AND looked unbloated. I shall try and keep the rest to aid with my healing post surgery as I am confident they will give my gut health the best chances of harvesting good nutrients from the food I eat to heal the wounds. Especially if I am to take antibiotics.

Haven’t noticed much difference after taking them for three weeks. 3 capsules per meal is a lot, would prefer 1 larger capsule per meal. Recommended by my fitness coach so will continue to take them

I WOULD love this product and continue to buy it. It works great and with my gut issues it’s been a blessing , however the price keeps changing. Before, it was a little over £20 and now it’s almost 40 and I can’t keep up. Please stay a fair price for those of us that need this.

I was a tad hesitant buying this mainly due to others having a reaction with allergies or bloating etc. I took the gamble and so glad I did as my digestion has improved and I am now eating foods that was causing problems not to long ago. I do 3 before food and 3 halfway through a meal for optimum effect.Note: if a problems arises with enzymes its not the product, its the person unable to tollerate it. I would suggest upon taking for first time, only take 1 capsual or even break open and sprinkle half on food to see if a problem arises.

Wow, what a great product. This is by far the best digestive enzyme on the market. Well worth the money. Noticed the difference after just a few days. If like me you eat a lot of protein (almost 300g per day personally) or if you have any digestive issues, this product will really help. I used to suffer with uncomfortable bloating and didn't feel I was digesting the foods I was eating properly. I'd tried other products in the past, none have come even close to this.It has made my diet easier, and stopped my worrying that I had a number of food intollerence issues.I would recomend this product to anyone who feels they have similar issues, or any bodybuilders who are planning a bulk cycle where you will consume a lot of food, This product will ensure you absorb most of the nutrients you take in. As we all know you are what you absorb.As well as that the service is second to none, next day delivery.All around awesome

Tried a few different brands but not seen any others yet with as many different enzymes listed on the bottle as these ones Havent a clue what most of the ingredients do but It does seem like some effort has been put into this formula. Capsules were well tolerated although the only ones that havent agreed with me before are the Now Foods Super Enzymes which for some reason actually seem to cause me indigestion. An important factor for me with the Masszymes formula is the lack of fillers, there's no magnesium sterrilate etc which I really like about this brand. Found them to be a bit expensive though if taken 3x at a time as recommended. Would be good if that price came down a bit. Packaging looks simple and easily recycled which I really like. I see alot premium brand supplements go for fancy glass bottles with stuck on labels that cant be removed and shiny metal lids. So much energy and resources goes into that packing just to make it look nice. What a waste.
