The wide bands make these very comfortable, I have several pair. Oldest pair is over 2 years old and still works perfect.

These are the ones you're looking for! Nice looking for daily casual wear and the hard working blue collar folks as well as the downtown suit and tie crowd! They're simple, classy, 2" wide, thick-weave suspenders and comfortable! Unlike those 1" wide paper thin types that cut into your shoulders after a short while, these hold your pants up all day without reminding you you're wearing them. I actually forget I'm wearing them quit often!Clips are strong, as is the elastic suspender material. The hardware is nicely chromed as well. I haven't scratched mine off yet scraping them a couple times on things. If you do carpentry like I did years ago, these WILL NOT hold your tool-belt up. You'll probably scratch them eventually if you're brushing against things all the time like lumber etc, but the chrome is pretty hard and nice looking and they'll hold your daily pants or jeans up just fine. If you have tons of crap like a heavy key ring and a fist full of change in your pockets, I suggest a belt to help of course.So comfortable that early on I bought a second pair as a backup thinking they'd probably wear out PDQ or disappear from the market for whatever reason as many things do these days. I haven't even opened the package of the second pair yet. Been wearing these daily for going on 8 months and they still hold up great with no sign of sagging! Haven't adjusted them once since I got 'em the way I wanted the first time and they're just as supporting as they were when I started using them months ago! Just move them to the next pair same as you do your belt daily. 4 clips, ...simple. These are the good ones your grandfather wore around the shop for years. Get yourself a pair or two! Well worth every penny. ;-)

These seem to be excellent quality but I purchased them for my husband who is 6'5" and has experienced a drastic weight loss due to health issues. With the suspenders fully extended they are just barely long enough for him.

They are sturdy my only issue was how thick in width they are but they looked nice still

Putting on a backpack or even getting into a car with haste will render the clips open. Haven’t had much luck with these so far. But I went on a bit of a binge and bought four different pairs and these were my least favourite in terms of reliability. Though I do like the material quite a bit.I expect these ones to be better to hold up more stuffed or thicker or heavy duty material pants than jeans or dress pants.

Very wide and sturdy. LOVE them. Perfect to hold your ski pants where they should be LOL. High recommend.

I can no longer wear a belt due to injury and these were a perfect and very comfortable. I want comfortably under my shirt. 😃

The only complaint is the clips could be stronger as they occasionally come loose entering the car, wont be an issue when wearing a jacket.
