I’ve been using the McKenzie Cervical Roll for several weeks, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep comfort and neck pain. I simply slide it into my pillowcase along the bottom edge, and it provides gentle yet firm support that keeps my neck aligned throughout the night.The foam has just the right amount of give. It is not too soft and not too firm. The removable cover is also easy to clean. I appreciate that it works well whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. Since I started using it, I’ve had fewer headaches and less stiffness in the morning.This is a simple and effective solution for anyone dealing with neck discomfort or looking to improve their sleep posture. Highly recommend.

I've had this for some time now, and it has maintained its shape and does the job perfectly. I definitely notice when I sleep without it. Highly recommend.

09/17/24. I use this McKenzie 3.5” neck roll as suggested by manufacturer for relief of my neck pain and headaches associated with cervical spinal stenosis and the misalignment of my cervical vertebral bones . I have tried several popular 4” diameter neck rolls, but have not found any that work and it may have as much to do with their being more firm than the McKenzie as it has to do with their larger diameter. I’ve not found a 4” diameter neck pillow constructed of the lower density, softer foam like that used by the “Original McKenzie.” This McKenzie has a removable blue fabric cover that can be easily laundered. I assigned only 4 of 5 stars for this review because the density of the foam in this, my newest McKenzie neck pillow, feels like it is not as soft, as my older one. [I like microbead pillows because the microbeads in a stretchy case conform to the person’s body providing support where needed, but have only had microbead horseshoe shaped travel pillows that aren’t as comfortable wrapped around the neck when lying in bed all night.]

Best neck pillow I have found to support my neck for side sleeping. I put this across the bottom of my pillow case with my soft down pillow and the combination creates a perfect comfort for sleep. I fall asleep faster and wake up with less neck, shoulder, and arm pain. Highly recommend for side sleepers!

This company claimed a high quality, expertly crafted and designed cervical pillow. I was happy to pay and looking forward to relief for the curve and arthritis in my neck. Instead of receiving quality, I found that this was made of cheap, low density, coarse foam. I didn't even bother to use it. I fail to see how this was expertly designed and exceeds the standard over other cervical pillows. I will try my luck with a less expensive memory foam cervical pillow.

These pillows used to be great but this one came with a cheap scratchy cover that's not comfortable. I wouldn't buy it again.

This neck pillow would be for someone who has minor neck problems. It is exactly as described.
