The flavor of this tastes better than bouillon cubes!. I like that this is a powder, so no fumbling trying to remove the paper from a cube.Good stuff! Try it!

Love this stuff! More convenient than liters of pre-made broth.
This makes a great broth. I make a lot of soups, stews, and sauces and this is a great base for all of them that need a chicken base. It's so convenient to put a teaspoonful or two into a measuring cup, add hot water, and voila--you've got a broth! This isn't super salty like other brands. Much easier to use than the cubes as it dissolve instantly.

So with this stuff I don't have to buy cans of chicken broth and I can decide how much .. it has become quite costly , however it works. So I would say def worth it

Great to have on hand, NOT the same as the bouillon though
This broth powder is great to have on hand for emergencies, and has a much longer shelf life than liquid broths. Knorr is a great brand, and this product works well to add into dishes that call for broth.One thing to note: I accidentally bought this instead of the Knorr chicken flavored bouillon - it is NOT the same. The bouillon is much saltier and has a different flavor. I bought this to match the same sort of flavor as a Cup of Noodles ramen. I found the broth wasn't as strong and made it taste a little off. I'm going to reserve this broth powder for cooking and use the bouillon for the ramen.

Not a healthy product
I ordered this Boullion powder for a Chinese recipe that said THIS is the defining ingredient. Anything with salt and MSG (Ajinomoto) makes the taste of your meal pop, but I swore off MSG because of its toxic impact on our health. Once I received this boullion powder, I was able to read the ingredient label. First two ingredients (which mean the largest quantities) are salt and MSG. Can’t use this. WON’T use this. No return allowed. This review hopes to inform others considering it for purchase.
