The flavor of this tastes better than bouillon cubes!. I like that this is a powder, so no fumbling trying to remove the paper from a cube. Good stuff! Try it!

Great flavor and is less salty than powered bouillon I have bought in the past in the stores. So, you can use more for extra flavor in your cooking without overpowering your food with salt. Knorr makes the best products. Always has great taste. By this instead of the other brands you find in the store. You will be very pleased.

This product is used in a lot of Chinese restaurants as a seasoning, which I've done and enjoy the flavor. It's primarily used as a broth. I use it as a seasoning and mixed with water as a broth.

This broth powder is great to have on hand for emergencies, and has a much longer shelf life than liquid broths. Knorr is a great brand, and this product works well to add into dishes that call for broth. One thing to note: I accidentally bought this instead of the Knorr chicken flavored bouillon - it is NOT the same. The bouillon is much saltier and has a different flavor. I bought this to match the same sort of flavor as a Cup of Noodles ramen. I found the broth wasn't as strong and made it taste a little off. I'm going to reserve this broth powder for cooking and use the bouillon for the ramen.

Good for soup .

This makes a great broth. I make a lot of soups, stews, and sauces and this is a great base for all of them that need a chicken base. It's so convenient to put a teaspoonful or two into a measuring cup, add hot water, and voila--you've got a broth! This isn't super salty like other brands. Much easier to use than the cubes as it dissolve instantly.
