Etech Motion Long Life Battery For Hoverboard Segway 36V 4Ah with protection case

When I ordered this I was given an estimated delivery of about 4 to 5 days. Ended up being next day delivery, which was fantastic. I got a text from the delivery service with an estimated time slot and I received the package literally 5 minutes after the start of the time slot.So time from ordering to holding package in my hand couldn't have been more than 20 hours.Absolutely faultless service.The battery is going well so far. I got it for grandsons hoverboard that he got for Christmas as the one that was in it was faulty.It takes about 3 and half hours to charge (with the hoverboard charger) and seems to last for just over an hour. (Hoverboard is attached to a go kart frame, so he rides up down the street until it runs down)All in all, very satisfied with product, especially delivery.

I replaced the absolutely hopeless battery that my daughters new hoverboard came with. Once I installed this one and fully charged it, the amount of mileage my kid now gets is amazing!I was a bit concerned initially as I’ve read so many articles about fake Chinese batteries with dead cells, but this is the real deal.Easy to connect as it comes with the exact same connections you get in all hoverboards.

This product went wrong after 1 week of use. I put it into my daughters hoverboard which is 4 years old and this is the third battery as they last about 2 years before they stop holding charge. After 1 week it would not charge up anymore, I tested everything on the board and it all seemed fine so I bought a new charger as sometimes they fail, it still would not charge up so I called Etech motion who said I needed to send the battery back before they cold help and would not send me out another battery so my daughter could not go on the board for at least 2 weeks. I bought another battery elsewhere, sent back their battery which I could smell had burnt out inside and waited for my refund. The new battery I bought elsewhere has worked fine ever since, Etech motion never refunded the postage for the faulty battery I had to send back and also charged me £12 as they said there was nothing wrong with it so it was unwanted not faulty. Very poor customer service lying to customers.

Not easy fitting in space provided. Cables needed bending.
