JenYi Almond Dofu Delight 6 oz

I had a dessert recipe that called for this product. While the consistency is somewhat unusual (the agar makes it different from pure gelatin-based Jello), it is quite tasty.

Nice summer treat with chilled canned fruit mixed in. Milk seems to settle on the bottom.

Not suitable for vegetarians- read closely and give their web site a visit and you will quickly learn that it does in fact contain gelatin not just agar. Rather annoyed.
