Better than I expected
Like a previous reviewer said...this thing is a beast - I can't even get it closed half way and I love it. You will really feel the effects in your hands.It's not one of those chinsey store bought grippers - it's tought to squeeze and it won't lose it's durability with use.

Wow
It will be a long time before I can close this one all the way. I finally got to the point where I could close the 250lber pretty much all the way so I upgraded to the 300. Some days it feels like you didn't make any headway from the day before. Great gripper!!!!

Very sturdy at first but you get used to it
Very sturdy at first but you get used to it. Be careful to not over do it and hurt your hands because it very rigid.

Good item
Good item! Not bad. I ordered it and was pleased. The item was good for the price. Not that ergonomic though that's the only downfall

Too hard!
My husband got this to help with his physical therapy after having surgery on his hand. He has pretty strong muscles in his hand, but this just was too much. Even now that he is healed, he still can't grip this thing. We purchased a less tense one from the same brand and it was a piece of junk - broke in a little over a month.

Heavy Grip
I got the 300 pounder. It's a beast. Workin on being able to get it all the way closed but it's a pretty awesome piece.
