MOOG CK80306 Front Left Upper Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly for Ford F-150

Great Product from MOOG and AMZ had like new prices although it came in a used box the part was new at half the price of new

I love MOOG products. With that being said, I ordered both upper left and right for my 2004 F150 Lariat. From Amazon, the parts were 50% cheaper than our local parts store. The installation was easy, but did require a lot of labor. I read a review saying the control arms won't work with a leveling kit, but that's not true. MOOG states that these control arms will fit with a leveling kit 2" or under, but not over. I have a 2" leveling kit on my truck and they fit just fine.

These feel much more stout than OEM. I use MOOG because you get what you pay for and skimping on any suspension part isn't an option. Especially when I do all my work (except alignments and tire changes) pretty much by my lonesome. I've been a satisfied MOOG customer for well over 30 years. These are high quality parts and I would highly recommend. The RK80306 & RK80308 series that MOOG offers are easily confused with these CK series arms so buyer beware

The counterpart to the other one I needed. My brother's F-150 had death wobble and I replaced all ball joints. Make sure to follow your service manual and preload properly and don't forget to install the fitting and grease. 15k miles and mountain driving since install and no problems.

But a bit surprised they're made in china

Truck was in for an alignment. Was told lower ball joints needed replacing. $250 per side. They said upper were fine. I went ahead and ordered these upper arms in addition to the lower ball joints as I didn't want to be caught with the truck dissembled just to find out the upper were bad as well. The upper were bad too. I spent about $200 on parts, and changed myself. Saved at least $800. These parts fit perfectly, and the zerk fittings are a great improvement over Oem.

While replacing the left side, I figured I'd go ahead and put one of these on the right side too. Excellent replacement part for my 2005 F150 4x4. Direct fit replacement. I'm looking forward to the grease fitting, which I plan on putting a few squirts into every oil change to keep it lubed up. A few weeks ago I also put Moog Problem Solver greasable lower ball joints in my lower control arms, in hopes of extending the life of the joints. While the cardboard box they arrived in stated 'Made in USA,' the rubber bushings at each end have 'Made in China' cast into the rubber.

As usual Moog produces top notch suspension parts. I replaced the coil/strut assemblies and A arms together (all Moog Brand). The truck rides great after an alignment and I don't feel and hear the "thudding" going over bumps in the road. I gave the install 5 stars even though it was a beast to get done because what made it difficult was the levelling spacer I had to reattach to the top of the strut assembly. Without the levelling spacer it would've been a breeze.
