I've been using one of these toe separators all day, everyday for a month and it hasn't shown any wear or tear. It is very soft and comfortable. It works really well at preventing my pinky toenail from cutting into the next toe. The extra material that covers the side of the foot helps to prevent callous build-up. By covering the three smallest toes, it stays in place even after challenging uphill walks. It's very stretchy and easy to slide over my toes. I wash it every day with hand soap and I'm surprised how long this incredibly soft silicone-like material is lasting.

This is easy to put on and a separates. The toes works great on my little toe and the two next to it. I was having problems after foot surgery. The toes were rubbing on each other. This fixed the problem immediately. I’d probably suggest that if you have problems with your toes being too close to each other, just wear this every day. I always have it on inside my shoe. I can’t feel it. It’s very soft.

I've been using it at night because the foot felt like a bear trap was on it. The separators have given me relief so I can sleep at night. What's my issue? Ligament. Messed up my lower back from a fall at work and how I was walking to avoid hurting my back affected my feet. I over stressed the ligament going into the toes on my left foot. I'm a loader. I can't sit down for hours on end. Thus, I decided to use the product at home for a few hours each night. My worst complaint with this product -- my foot gets really itchy because the product has aligned the toes correctly for the ligament. I'm hopeful I won't need them in the future. Still, for a transient problem the stuff works well.

Both of my pinky toes are essentially sideways (the bottom of each face inward towards the fourth toes). Likely from when I was very little and my parents putting me in shoes that were too small. I'm in my late 30s now and have been dealing with moderate discomfort with my toes my entire life. I've tried various toe separators which provide temporary relief but that's all.These looked interesting so I gave them a shot thinking they would help straighten my toes a bit. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks. I wear them at night and they provide some relief and SOME straightening, but not enough to think it would permanently straighten my toes. These are very soft and comfortable to wear with socks and shoes and to walk around in or wear all day. I can wear them about 8 hours before I need a break. With time that may increase.If these were a bit more rigid they might be more effective, but if you're looking for a permanent solution to your crooked toes you might just need to see a podiatrist.

My 5th toe goes under my 4th toe. This makes it really sore when hiking. This product keeps the toes separated with a little space in between. The material is soft and flexible so you barely notice that you are wearing it. I do not feel anything pinching when wearing my shoes and this thing. So yes, I like it as it stops the pain from my toe misalignment. It will not cure anything. But it will make it more comfortable to walk.

It has been a long time since I could spread (splay) my toes, especially the pinky toe. These make that possible. Unfortunately, they won’t fit in any shoes I have so I’m wearing them in the evening at home. Still, it’s pretty cool to see my toes splayed.

These toe separators seemed to make my Morton's Neuroma worse i.e. more painful. I was so hopeful that they would take my pain away. NOT!

These are absolutely the best- they are so comfortable and stay in place literally all day with shoes and socks on and I'm a very active as well.So far they seem to create enough toe separation to prevent the issues I was having with blisters from the metatarsal bones rubbing together...
