Comfortable to wear and it helps. My last 3 toes are turning toward my big toe due to arthritis and are starting to hurt. This pulls them back to the correct place so I'm not standing on my little toe. It also improves balance to have the toes in the correct place. This is even comfortable enough to wear under socks if you buy wide shoes. Much cheaper than surgery which my doctor says doesn't work well because there aren't many muscles near the last 3 toes to work with.

These pinky toe spacers work well for open-toe shoes, when barefoot, or with socks on. They are soft and squishy, but it does have limited compression. I was able to wear more than 6 hours the first day without feeling pain. They are easy to use. I then used them in my hiking boots with socks on. That also worked as there was enough space in the toe box. Then I tried them in formal shoes. It was super tight. I backed off. I have been using them regularly for a week in flip-flops and Keen hiking sandals. I have noticed that the spacer at small toe seems to bulge and push out the little toe.Overall, the toe spacer does work as intended. It spans 3 toes. It might take time and practice to get used to it. It would be nicer if the end tail/flap was thinner, and the same applies spacer at small toe. The silicone material is easy to wash. I like having several so that I have a fresh set to use. I like the design but it could use some improvement. I will continue to wear this at home when I am able to use open-toe shoes. Good quality and durability. It is good value for a pack of 10.

I broke my pinky toe a few months back for the first time and tried the buddy-taping method, but was tyring to find something a little easier/softer to use so I gave these a try after reading some reviews.For ME, they didn't really help as expected—but it's also not necessarily what this product is for, either. They went on easily, were comfortable and soft—but they felt VERY weird to me when I put a shoe or slipper on and I felt like the soft silicone would catch and snag on the sole of my shoe and almost pull my toes around, which wasn't comfortable or good for my toe.I would imagine if you're just looking for a toe separator to wear while sleeping or just around the house, these are solid and I would recommend them. If you're like me, with a broken toe, looking for some easier more comfortable way to pad and brace your broken toe, you may want to look elsewhere.

With the use of these toe separators, my toe pains have disappeared. I can again wear any shoes I want. I think after some weight gain I began to stand differently to accommodate the extra weight, my weight was being distributed differently which caused my pinky toe to hurt every day. I have also lost that weight, but more than anything I honestly believe the toe separators cured that specific pain. A pack of these will prob last a year or more. I have yet to have one break or tear after multiple uses. Great quality. Great product!!

These work as expected. They are easy to out on, stay in place and can be worn woth your shoes.

The one size fits all didn't work for me personally. They merely slipped loosely over my toes and did nothing. No straightening, no drawing toes together as I was hoping to achieve. Maybe they'd work for men's size 13 feet.

I’m very pleased with how soft and plyable they are. I am able to wear them all day without an issue.
