Broil burgers for 7 minutes on each side or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F. Skillet - Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place into skillet. Cook burgers for 9 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F.
