Good tasting Prosciutto
Very good product. Well packaged. Taste was very good. All around good product, no negatives other than price, but price is in line with competition, so no real complaints!

Edible arrived spoiled.
I ordered 2 of these. 1 appeared to be normal, the other is shown above.I did not open due to the appearance, and I'm afraid to open the 2nd one as the markings show it to be from the same batch and packaged only minutes apart. As far as value for the money there was zero value as the items were unusable.

OK, but not what I expected!!
At $1 a slice it was just OK. I have heard people say that meat "taste gamey/wild" when referring to meat like venison, and never understood what they meant - now I understand. Some might called it a "fresh" or "unprocessed" taste. It was good but had an after taste that I didn't expect that stayed in my mouth. I purchased 3 packs, as they were on sale and the last 3. 1st tried as an appetizer - put on a plate with a variety of cheese, crackers and fruit - OK, but had an after taste. 2nd tried wrapped around asparagus - OK, but again had an after taste. The last pack I added to a pot of fresh Collard Greens rather than my usual pork hamhocks or neckbones - yummy, worked very well, no after taste - I would use this way if I purchase again. But at $1 a slice, I think I'll buy Ham and have it sliced thin.

Good taste well packed
We were at the lake and wanted to make a fig and prosciutto salad. Too lazy to go to the store. Ordered this. It was great!

Expired meat
I had just ordered this food in August. I didn't read the package right away, which was my mistake. I'm glad I saw that it expired 4 MONTHS AGO before I actually ate any of it. Disappointing.

The taste of Italy
Heavenly to be able to order beautifully cut, authentic prosciutto in small, economical amounts. Used right, a 3 oz. package goes a long way -- we had it with melon, stuffed in chicken, and shredded in a creamy pasta sauce. A really great deal at this price when used sparsely to enhance dishes. Not enough here for more than one good sandwich, but added to sandwiches, egg dishes, sauces, chicken or veal dishes, etc. etc. etc., it gives plain dishes a gourmet flair.
