Started off with a small snafu that was UPS' fault and nothing the seller could control. The seller immediately fixed the problem. Once all the parts arrived, everything went together nicely. I now have my own piece of paradise

Everything is working and well matched components. Since, I ordered a UV light to keep the algae down, directly from Half Off Ponds. There was a mix up and my shipment was missing some parts. I emailed and within an hour, they emailed me back to correct the problem. I am getting my original purchased light kit sent, plus I get to keep the replacement bulb I got in the first shipment. I will continue to buy from Half Off Ponds. Best prices, good equipment and excellent customer service.

Love this kit. Made installing my pond with much less headache!!! The waterfall attachment was broken during shipment but they replaced before I was ready to install it!!!

Prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I purchased this kit 8/19 and the pump failed 7/20. It has a 2 yr warranty and Half off is not honoring the warranty . I have emailed them 10 times and get different questions and responses from different people. Now they refuse to email their questions or responses and even give me the name of the "warrantees manager" who is supposed to be "helping me". He will only call me , which I specifically asked NOT to be called but to use the same method of communication as i have since day 1. Now they are ignoring me! Not smart!

I’ve installed a pond previously, Using all the same components. I am extremely disappointed in what I received in my package. Missing parts, missing accessories, and missing instructions. I now have a huge pond with unidentifiable leaks
