I bought this about a year ago for my many game systems and such devices that use HDMI. For many months, it worked beautifully, but as it aged, little snow spots started to show on the display I was using. Both outputs now have snow or color alteration where certain colors will not pass trhough, but instead be shown as entirely green. I now have a $45 paper weight that halfway functions.

Tried a couple of these out for about a week, but ran into a few issues. First, the EDID dip switch is a bit confusing. I've worked with dip switches and binary for well over two decades, but the switch almost appears to be installed upside down and I was never confident that I was setting the EDID to the desired settings. Secondly, it doesn't seem to have an auto or passthru EDID mode. No auto switching. One one of the units, I got some video distortion that cleared up when I would reposition one of the hdmi cables. The cable works fine with other switches, so I suspect it is a problem with the connector. Overall it works fairly well and I didn't have issues with monitors sleeping and waking once I found the right EDID settings.

I liked just about everything with this device. It has no trouble sending different signals to both my 3D projector and HD TV. The switch time is short, just a few seconds. Color is wonderful and 3D works great. It is good to know that it has a 24 month warranty, though I doubt that I'll need it, for it is very well put together. Audio sounds good as well. The only thing that I could criticize is the placement of the power in port on the front side. That makes the cord stick out toward me on my table. But, hey, they had to put it some place. In short, it puts a competitor's model (that I had purchased prior) to shame.

This product is amazing! I am a variety streamer on Twitch, and I have several consoles (PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and NES Classic), that prior to having this awesome device, I was constantly switching cables between the consoles, my TV, and my streaming PC. NOT ANYMORE! With this bad boy, I simply connect all my devices to the matrix, run an output HDMI cable to both my TV and my streaming PC, and voila! Using the easy-to-use IR remote, I can easily switch between devices. Independent outputs allow me to project the same device to both my PC and TV simultaneously, or use different devices on each, at the same time!I don't know how I ever survived without this. I have several tv's networked and have handshake problems with other switchers but this one works great. The remote is the only drawback it cheaply made and is finicky, I have to mess with at times to get it to work. The performance of the switcher still makes it worth the money.

This HDMI Matrix by Koopman is the best one I have used. To this day i havent found a better product on the market. I have a couple products from Koopman now and I highly recommend them, and they are the only company I am going with for all of my streaming and gaming needs!!! This switch was perfect for my streaming setup! Having multiple HDMI inputs for all my consoles and devices, made my setup and usability of my stream equipment much more efficient. Best feature is the remote. Other switches I've used had manual buttons u had to reach around for and press to change inputs. With the remote it makes switch between devices a breeze! I would highly recomend koopman products to anyone with allot of periferals.
