Just as good as a 200$ snap on
I’m a diesel mechanic and I buy a lot of stuff off the Snap on truck . But somethings you can’t pass I’m to try for the price this ratchet is worth every bit more then the price listed . Tekton tools have earned my respect as a tool company and have and will buy more of their tools .

replacing spark plugs on a ford explorer 95 - 2000 SOHC (years per my experience)
If you are replacing spark plugs on a ford explorer 95 - 2000 SOHC engine you need this bent handle ratchet. I replaced plugs on my 97 explorer with a SOHC engine with a regular straight handle ratchet a few years ago. Geeze what an ordeal. I swore I would pay someone next time. Flash forward a few years (RIP 97) I am now driving a 2000 explorer and the plugs needed replaced. I was prepared to pay someone to perform the tuneup until I found this bent handle ratchet. In fact I bought the ratchet and all the parts and let them set for the better part of a year as I feared the job would again be a nightmare. boy was I surprised, this tool is awesome. Yes there are a couple wacky angles that are still a pain however with the right size extension and a bit of patience this job was completed (fairly quickly for me 3 hours) with no cussing or broken knuckles.

Great replacement
The Tekton offset wrenched replaced my Husky version. It’s nearly identical physically but has more tooth. Happy with this product

It works great
I used this to change the inconveniently located oil pressure sensor on my GMC Sierra. It definitely made a difficult job easier.

Good except one MAJOR flaw.
Works. Not worth the price with the horribly designed flex detent. Compared to other non tool truck brand flex head, the head flexes to half way between clicks when you push the release button. It makes no sense. A simple ball would have worked five times better. All one stars because of this one major flaw. The ratchet head should stay in the same position when you press the release button. Every other quick release flex head ratchet I have does. I can not and will not recommend this tool or this company at this time after purchasing this tool. The most disappointing thing is that Tekton has great reviews online, which it why I decided to give them a try.

Worth it for the warranty!!!!
Came as expected and worked fine for months untill I broke it and needed a replacement. The warranty process is by far the easiest i have ever encountered!! Buy products from this maker solely for the warranty!!! 1 picture mailing information and replacement is on the way. Did not even need to make an account with them. Well worth every penny!!!!

Great product
I bought this to replace a (stolen) no longer available Craftsman 3/8 flex head bent handle ratchet. I was looking at all the other makers and came across this ratchet. It was the closest I could find, so close it could be a twin. The price $30 delivered to my door I gave it a chance.I buy tools based on form. fit and function. Not brand hype and advertising. Made in USA does get a big preference but not a given.I did find a NOS craftsman for mo money and purchased it. I was able to compare the two and found that the biggest difference being the Tekton handle is about an inch longer. It has done all that the craftsman did, but time will be the real judge.I liked it enough to purchase the 1/2" version as well,

Almost perfect but I love it.
I apologize if you are offended by my reference to other brands: Nice small head and as thin as the husky extendable and slightly thinner than the craftsman version of this type of 3/8 ratchet. And it’s two inches longer than the craftsman but two inches shorter than the husky at full length. The finish is spotless. The articulating head has a total of 9 positions. The only down side is the articulating spring could have been stronger so that the positions are held better. The handle grip is very comfortable. The chance of getting pinched by the articulating head is minimal albeit possible and therefore attention should be used.

As my mentor would say why you undoing a bolt from around the corner LOL
Absolutely loved this ratchet, 2 and half years later it the screw holding it snapped. Really gutted but very good ratchet

Flex Head Pivot is a weak point
Really liked this ratchet but it broke after a couple months of use. Decent value for the money but I wouldn't use it to free up really tight bolts, it warps at the flex pivot point and eventually the screw holding the pivot gear break and the whole head can twist off. If this area was made more durably it would be the best 3/8 ratchet for the price. I went with a 3/8 gear wrench instead, pricier but feels better quality and the flex area is much more robust. I do however miss the angle of the flex on the tekton wrench and the convenient push release but its not worth a ratchet that might break or bend off when you go to use it.

Very impressed with this tool
This is a very well built tool. I needed this configuration of ratchet with the flex head and bent handle for a specific task and it worked perfectly.

Good for those hard-to-reach bolts
It's long enough to torque loosen stuck bolts, and in tight places that a stiff breaker bar won't work. This tool has enabled me to work on my car's rear brakes. It seems solid and reliable.
