Can i use it with coco coir?

Yes you can, Rhizotonic works very well in Coco Coir. This is one of the best root stimulation on the market and you'll see a huge difference in your root mass and health when you use this product. I highly recommend. Good luck

It is not foil sealed, canna uses a type of plastic lined Styrofoam to seal bottles
