Chocolate Mold Cocoa-Pod Square 37x37mm x 3mm High, 24 Cavities

This is a heavy duty professional mold. Thick and rigid so it will not flex when you tamp it to eliminate air bubbles. Each piece is a small thin sample size. You have to be good at manual pouring to not overfill. I have found it to release well. They set up in a hurry so I pour this mold first while the chocolate is plenty hot. Thicker is a pain to pour into a shallow mold.I give a couple of these pieces of chocolate to my friends who have never had single origin dark chocolate. That way if they don't like the high cocoa content, they aren't wasting a big piece.
