You need to know what you are doing.
This spackling paste works great. You need the proper tools. You also need to know what you are doing to repair either a small scratch or a larger hole, that can include the proper mesh or the proper repair pieces to cover a larger hole.

Absolute Life Saver!
When I was in college, I made the mistake of punching a big hole in my door. In a panic, I ordered this to fill it in before moving out. The Paste is moldy and stinks
It is covered in gray mold and stinks. I tried to scrape the top layer off, but the mold is all the way down to the bottom of the tub. It is unusable. Very disappointed

This is actually a paste, but it’s good
The listing says putty, but this is actually a paste consistency as the package states.If you need a paste, it gets the job done. I find it fills in small holes / cracks far more easily than a putty, but it can be a little sloppy to work with, especially if you’re expecting that putty consistency.The paste is way better for my use, and should keep longer than a putty because it’s going to take a very long time for the tub to dry out.
