I want to be completely transparent with this review. First off this is NOT a magic pill. If you want this stack to do its job, you need to first have a balanced diet and exercise plan. I started using the Commander Go Pack by 1st Phorm 4 years ago and let me tell ya it's a game changer especially for the last 10-15lbs that just doesn't want to come off. I have used several supplements in the past to assist with weight loss and fitness, and so far I have gotten the best results from the Commander Go Pack. This is the first time I have used this product, or any 1st Phorm product for that matter, and have been happy with the results and customer service. I have almost completed my first month and have dropped 12 lbs to this point. I have made moderate changes to my diet over the last month as suggest, however, due to injury have not been able to workout as much as I had originally planned. I am sure if I had been able to my weight loss would have been greater. I have felt a curving in my cravings and have been able to better manage my portion size since I started taking Commander at the beginning of April. I have also had more energy through out the day and been able to get more rest at night when taking the OptiCore, and that is a big deal for me. Is this product the answer for everyone, no, because everyone is different. However if you are ready to make some good lifestyle changes I believe Commander could be a good tool to help you start off on the right track. I am also highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the 1st Phorm team. When I received my box, it had two bottles of the opti-core and was missing the Thyro-drive. I emailed them and had a response within 24 hours, and had a bottle of the Thyro-drive two days later. This issue is the only reason for the four stars and not five. I was also happy with the money back guarantee if the product didn't help or I didn't see results. Gave me peace of mind in giving it a shot. I have to say I will not be using it because I am happy with the product and plan on ordering my second box this week so I can keep it going.

Did not help with appetite cessation or weight loss. I bought the commander pack, because I have a high tolerance level. I take two in the morning with two thyroid, and two in the afternoon. I still feel hungry. The night time makes me feel groggy and tired in the morning as well. I do not recommend purchasing this. As everyone states, exercising and proper eating habits will get results, not these diet supplements. You will be wasting your money.

I have held off on writing this review for 2 reasons;I wanted to go through the whole 30 day if not at least half.I have been waiting for the check-in e-mail they promise from one of the "professionals,' to talk about diet, exercise and these weight loss pills. But I have yet received one.I follow a pretty healthy diet and I exercise daily, whether it is yoga, running or just stretching I am always exercising.The package contains 3 bottlesl Commander, Thryo-Drive, Optio-Core. The package states - 24-hour Metabolism Boosting Weight Loos Stack.I really enjoyed all of these bottles, the taste wasn't bad, easy to swallow and little side effects. The first few days I had a crap load of energy, a bit jittery and had to go the bathroom a lot. But that all subsided and mellowed out after a few days. Throughout the month, I continued my own diet and exercise and was able to loose a few lbs. If I was not eating healthy and working out - I don't think I would have lost any, these helped with my motivation and my hunger control. These are no magic pills though - you need to follow a diet and exercise plan to see change.My only complaint is that it isn't longer - A 6 month supply would be great, especially for the price. 30 days at this price is a bit ridiculous!I received this product at a discounted price for an honest and unbiased feedback.
