Overall, I'm happy with product, but it does not feel like it's 100% cotton (more like a cotton blend). Has a slinkiness when I'm wearing it, but as long as I'm covered while sleeping, it's fine.

I was looking for a light, comfortable and roomy pajama. Because this is made of cotton and the design is very wide, I found it very comfortable to sleep in. The material is rather stiff, which is the only reason I gave this a 4 1/2 otherwise, for me, this is an ideal sleepwear. Perhaps, with further washing material may become a little more soft.

Almost didn’t buy due to reviews about “stiffness” but now that I have the item I think people who are saying it’s not cotton or it’s too stiff are not familiar with how cotton feels when new. Because so many fabrics are blends now. This is a nice lightweight cotton sheeting-type nightgown. No it is not “jersey” or “knit” feeling because that is not what it is. It’s like a thin sheet. That is cotton. After months of washing it will be very soft - the reviewers who report “washing it twice and it’s still stiff” are not versed in how long it takes for this type of fabric to become super soft. And I was puzzled by reviewers who complain that the care instructions say not to machine dry. Is it so difficult to throw a nightgown over a shower curtain or on a drying rack instead of throwing it in a dryer and removing it from a dryer?? Seems like the same effort either way. Again, they do not understand standard care for cotton. I agree that ordering up is a good idea. Usually I’m XL but got XXL and it is roomy and comfortable. Disregard the reviews from people who don’t know fabric types. It’s a great little nightgown - and for the people who say they are 5’3 and it’s above their knees - not sure what that’s about as I’m 5’7 and it’s to or below my knees.

This is a modestly-priced cotton nightgown, so I didn't expect luxury or even perfection, but I did expect a nightgown that could be laundered like any other cotton nightgown. Unfortunately, the care tag gives other instructions. It tells how to launder it and iron it, and then says to not put it into the dryer.Most people today expect to wash AND DRY their average-quality cotton nightgowns and certainly do not expect to have to iron them. Since this is cotton, if it's simply hung to dry it will be very wrinkled and not attractive for wearing unless ironed.Since I have no intention of ironing this item, I washed it on delicate and dried it on the lowest setting, but even so, being 100% cotton, it shrank a bit and still looked all wrinkled. While it still fits, it's not nearly as loose as I prefer my nightgowns to be.There are a few other minor issues, like the straps being narrower than shown in the picture and the A-line being less pronounced, but these are not nearly as important as the fact that it will always look wrinkled (with or without drying). I haven't yet decided whether to keep it as an extra or simply give it away.I wouldn't recommend this unless you intend to iron it.

I’m so happy with the first I bought, I ordered a 2nd. Not tight in arms. 100% cotton so wasn’t sure how it would be after washing. I hung up while damp from dryer. I wouldn’t say wrinkle free, but it works for me, not bunched up wrinkles. Slightly wrinkled. Crisp material, looks fresh. If you’re looking for soft, snuggly cotton, not for you.

I’ve had these for a year, 2 in light blue, 1 in green and 1 in white. I love them! Very comfortable easy to sleep in without bunching while you’re sleeping. The only complaint is that they are 100% cotton but the blue ones are a jersey knit and the white and green are the same texture as sheets. I prefer the lighter feel of the white and green.

The 100 percent cotton nte gown was as Expected and hoped it to be ! Cotton seems to be a luxury nowadays . I have had very sensitive skin since birth and most clothing usually HAS TO BE 100 percent cotton . I can wear some things that are not but I know if it’s cotton my skin can breathe and it won’t be itchy! True to size and nice and roomy and very comfortable to sleep in . It’s a great summer nte gown , nice and cool .Thumbs up for me 👍
