Ive been taking a probiotic for about 7 years now. My doctor had recommended a 50 cfu to strengthen my immune system. So this is what I always shopped for and took, not really caring about brand but more about the price. Until recently when I started researching what CFUs and strains are all about and found out it makes a difference. The fine fine product has the high CFUs (coloney forming units) of 12 different strains of researched bacteria. Though ots lacking a few of the more desirable ones like. acidophilus is DDS-1 which Helps in balancing the microbiome to reduce gastrointestinal problems. Its also missing Lactobacillus reuteri which is known to promote oral and heart health. However, it does have these more common starins which have valuable benefits and for the price it cant be beat among its contenders. Great probiotic! Has a really large number of CFUs and a lot more strains than most other brands. It has helped keep me regular; it’s easy to swallow, it boosts my immune system, has helped me be less fatigued, AND it’s affordable!!! Best probiotic I have ever used! I’ll be buying it again.

This product is pretty solid. I bought it to help with my digestion. So far, it has proven to be a very good product. I was getting gas after eating ice cream, or using milk products. Although I was using another probiotic brand that was said to help with this issue, it did not. This one however seems to delivery. Since taking it, the gassy and bloating has stopped. I am not sure why this product out shined the other brands tried. All I can say I love it. A must try.

I'm on my second bottle of this product and couldn't be happier with it. My stomach has shrunk, my gut health is better and everything else is working more effectively. I recommend this product to anyone seeking to restore balance to their gut.

I am almost never regular and I have been having a lot of stomach issues and bloating lately. A friend of mine talked me into ordering a probiotic. I have been taking these for close to two weeks now and I can really tell a difference. I do not have as much stomach gurgling going on and I also feel less bloated. Ive only used this product for apmost a week now. But already feel less bloated and i actually feel more energetic. Excited to see how i feel in like a month. Hopefully this is what gets me to the next levep with my diet and exercise routine.
