I love all the Hello World books! My almost-3-year-old daughter likes them too. They're educational, interesting, and written at a great toddler level so I don't have to adapt them at all.

My daughter loves the Hello World books. We started with My Body when she was very little less than 10 months and I couldn’t believe how quickly she learned all the body parts. The pictures are colorful and have lots to look at for little ones. We love the little facts on each page. We bought the Ocean Life book which was a big hit when she was going through a shark obsession. Which then turned into an octopus, whale, fish, all things ocean obsession. I bought Backyard Bugs when my daughter started to notice the ants at the park and now this book is a big hit and she gets so excited when she spots a bug. When a child shows interest in something jump on it! It’s the easiest time to teach them. I have the Solar System, Weather, Arctic Animals books saved for the future.

My son loves all of Jill McDonald’s books!! He loves the pictures and is so curious! The wording and the information is perfect for 3 year olds!

Love this book for my toddler. This whole collection of books is amazing. Beautifully illustrated and well written. Easy for any toddler to follow along and learn with. Alot of the negative reviews for this book are concerning the ladybug section, the book I received DOES say lady bugs consume bugs. I'm not sure if it's an updated copy or if people just didn't read it correctly but yes, LADY BUGS EAT APHIDS and the book does share that.

My 2 year old son LOVES all of the books by this author, but this book especially sparked an interest for him in all sorts of bugs (which was nice timing with summer and seeing so many bugs in our own backyard). It has some cute interactive pieces in it and, as usual, the illustrations are wonderful. He asks to read this book and others by this author (Dinosaurs and Solar System in particular) every day. I like that each page includes "fun facts" for each of the bugs so he can learn more about all of the creepy crawlers he sees outside. I would highly recommend this book and others by Jill McDonald.

My son is bug-obsessed and this book looked cute and colorful so I purchased it to take with us on a long road trip to help keep him busy. He loves this book. There is a cute little fact for each bug on each page along with a little rhyme about each featured insect. The pictures are colorful and each page has about two sentences on each page- perfect for my two-year old. The writing is bold and easy to read so I am hoping he will enjoy reading this book on his own once he learns how.

The kids in my nursery love this book, lovely pictures, hate when it says backyard instead of garden but I change it when I read it. Colourful bright pages easy for children to hold and turn pages

My grandson 3 is bug mad and loved this book. Have to read again and again.

Daughter loves insects so had to grab this for her for Xmas and it’s one of her fave presents
