WOW! Does This Stuff Work!!
I have to say first that I have sinus issues and lots of draining; however, since last September I have been telling my doctor that my sinuses are worse. He just said they are not infected, so nothing he could do......but the drainage was worse and my throat felt like something has been stuck in the back of my throat for months now. Nothing I did affected this one bit; nothing would touch it. I am pre-diabetic so I cannot take nose drops like 'Flonase' because it raises my blood sugar, so I am stuck with antihistemine's, or Saline sprays. I have used both now since December, but no relief from the clump in back of my throat. I became desperate, this was so darn uncomfortable and my throat was sore from coughing, trying to get this clump to break up. In Feb, I did end up with inflamed sinuses and was given some nose drops that began to break things up, but could only use that for maximum of 2 wks; at which time the clump was coming back again full force. Now, I am desperate and start searching for something I can use to break up this crap in my throat and I found this Xlear spray; the reviews sounded good as many reviewers had an issue close to mine, so I tried it. All I can say is 'Wow'; this stuff does work! It took me one time and I could feel things loosening up; by second day I had a lot of stuff draining in my throat and I have to warn people here ------ because I had apparently so much built up there, and because I followed the bottle's instructions (2 squeezes per nostril in each side); I believe it broke the blockage up too quickly because by 3rd day, the junk draining was so thick and draining so fast, I almost choked on it...literally choked. It shut my throat off with this crap and I couldn't breath for a bit; scared me to death. SO, I would recommend if you have a lot of stuff in there....use one spray on each side (maybe once a day or twice) and let this stuff work, but....slowly, so you don't choke. Mucus from the sinuses is extremely thick mucus and when it breaks up it breaks up in chunks (not good for your throat), but it sure felt wonderful to have that darn stuff out of my throat and be able to breath and swallow normally again. For this I am every so greatful and I highly recommend this nasal spray.

Clear nasal ribse
I have been using this product for probably 10 years, it’s the best item for cleaning out your sinuses without assault infused saline. And wanting to rinse and remove, salt saline can dry out the areas you want to rinse and remove. This is a great item.

Very nice, soothing nasal spray
When I had a protracted sinus infection two months ago, my doctor recommended XClear. (this sounds like a TV ad but it's not!) She said it has antiviral/antibacterial properties in the following sense: the Xylitol prevents the bugs from adhering to the surface of the mucous membranes. So there is a scientific basis to the claim. (Apparently Xylitol is being discovered to have uses and potential applications for a number of things.)In any case, even though I ended up needing a round of antibiotics, I found this very soothing. And it helped me through the aftermath when I was still struggling with a postnasal drip for a couple of weeks. It works at least as well as the Neti pot and is much simpler and more convenient to use. I plan to take it on planes when I travel to do double duty of moisturizing and reducing the likelihood of picking up a virus. The saline-water spray I've used on planes in the past just ends up being drying itself within a few minutes. One caveat: I bought the first one in the pump form, but the pump leaked in my liquids bag on the plane. I don't know if it was just the one I got, or if that's an issue with their pump. At home it wouldn't be an issue, but to be sure I got this version the subsequent time. It doesn't have as much force as the pump. In fact, it almost drips in by itself when you tilt your head back. The smallest squeeze suffices. A good sniff on each side works very well for me.

Great Product, Takes So Long to Ship
It stuff works very well. The shipping, however, is almost always way longer than it should be. I don’t personally feel there’s a good reason for that. Also, I’ve been buying this product for the last ~4 years for myself & sent it to multiple friends multiple times. Get the shipping together. 4 stars because it’s a great product, but I’d give 0 (if possible,) if I only took the shipping into account. That includes 3rd-party, who‘s usually ships quicker.

Excellent Sinus Relief
I've been using this product for several years. The spray works well when my sinus' begin to feel pressure and pain from infection (I consider it an infection when I have increased pain and a discolored, dry discharge in my nose) Saline sprays do not seem to work for me when my nose is dry and feeling infected because they dry my nose out further and increase the pain. Years ago my medical doctor would prescribe antibiotics for the same sinus problem. Then, it would take about four days to begin feeling better. Now doctors normally do not prescribe me antibiotics for sinus infection (they say it goes away on its own.) So, when I suspect a sinus infection I use this product for a few days, a couple times per day, and the problem clears up. How can it work so well?I am not a scientist, nor a doctor, but as I understand the technology, the secret is in the xylitol sugar. This sugar is sprayed into the nasal cavities where infection would reside. The bacteria irritating and infecting the area is then attracted to the xylitol sugar. But the sugar cannot be digested by the single celled organisms. The organisms are attracted to the sugar and feast on it, but they are unable to digest the xylitol nor eliminate it. So to reword how I think it would work, the xylitol is taken up by the bacteria, the bacteria fill up, the bacteria cannot eliminate nor use the sugar, and they basically die from starvation. If this is true, then that would explain how I can use the product for only a few days and the pain and pressure goes away. This product works fast and I recommend trying it to see if it works for you too.
