I purchased the two 3x4 and was able to install them - surprise! I'm retired and my fingers are not as nimble as they once were, but I was able to successfully install the safety caps. I had to "unkrinkle" the ends of the downspout and the cap was a bit too large so I also had to cut it. It was actually easier to work with once cut. The true test will be if it stays in place once we get a good rain. I will be purchasing more for the remaining downspouts. It's a good household safety measure.

These were just what we wanted to protect our scooter and bike riding grandkids from getting hurt. They were tough to put on but it can be done especially if another person can assist.

Works as supposed to. Protect against cutting somebody on sharp edges.

This will only fit on a tiny, perfectly straight, never been touched gutter and even then it’s a pain in the butt to install.

Very hard to get the cap lipped onto the spout. My spout was bent on some areas, which didn’t help the situation. I eventually decided to just wrap the cap around the outside and it worked fine.

The cap was a little difficult to install with my downspout because it had ridges. Took a pliers and straighted them and it was much easier to install.

Quickly discovered fitting the cap over the end of a downspout can be a little difficult if the aluminum is bent or curved. Cutting the part in two made it easier to fit. Would like to see them made with more material to go further over the spout. Seems like they might come off if there is a lot of water pushing out the spout. Will be interesting to see if they stay on through South Florida rains.
