PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE - ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER
I’m not kidding when I say I have 3 of these. I bought extras just in case the day ever comes when they no longer make these or change them for the worst. They are literally perfect just as they are and absolutely changed my life. Blowing out my (curly) hair was a nightmare and now it’s literally so easy. Please continue making these, exactly as they are, forever. The grip, the shape of the barrel, the hand design, the heat, it really doesn’t get much better & hasn't damaged my hair at all. As long as I use the right conditioner & spray in detangler, it comes out just right every time. Thank you X a million!

Does the trick but it takes practice
I have long, very thick wavy hair. I've had this hot air brush for 5 years. No problems whatsoever! I only use it on the highest setting. After using it at least every other week for the last 5 years (and traveling with it), I'm now buying a replacement. Not because it stopped working but because most of the bristles are severely bent (did I mention I have very thick long hair) and I feel it's getting harder to get the desired outcome (my hair isn't as smooth as when the brush was new is all).Something to note, due to the size, you can't get very close to the scalp like you can with a flat iron. But I'm ok with that since my curl starts at my temple so it's perfect for me and gives me lift, body and layer definition that a flat iron doesn't.

Best frizzy, curly hair tool ever!!!
UMMM WOW! Don’t pay for another blow out. Buy this instead! Are you tired of dealing with unruly, frizzy, unevenly waved or curly hair? Are you tired of having to blow dry your hair only for it to turn into a fried, lions mane of frizz? Can’t seem to straighten it flat? Do you go to the salon to get rid of heat damaged dead ends only to heat damage some more? Are you well aware that your blow outs do not look professional? Worry no more. I doubted this product and I really, REALLY wanted the Dyson hair dryer set. $500 though? Geez! N O P E. So I went on the hunt for something else. By the time I was aware of the Revlon curling wand dryer, I couldn’t find it in store. By the time I found it, I said to myself, “is it worth $60? What If it doesn’t work like the plethora of other hair products I have tried?” Finally I went on the hunt and found this. On an impulse I ordered it and it was to me the next day. Well I’m visiting Florida and Florida is known by those beauty-obsessed like me for one thing - FRIZZ. I threw on some Chi flat iron protectant, sectioned hair, and got to work. It was my first time using it so I am sure that in time I will move faster, but even then it took only less than half an hour to do my whole head of dry, damaged, thick, wavy, frizzy, curly hair! I highly recommend!!!My tips or complaints:- use 50-70% dry hair, but not more dry than that- use a heat protectant or a blow out serum- alternate between cool, low and high (high does get VERY HOT)- the brush is not too heavy or too large, and it’s waaaay easier to handle than a blow dryer AND a round brush BUT it is rather large to get around the hairline or near the scalp; if I wanted it PEEEERFECTTT I would have to touch up with the straightener (nbd)- do not brush out your hair until it’s cool or it will frizz- brush your hair first- make sure you section and work from the TOP downBest of luck! I highly recommend! The product feels quality and I will post an update in time.P.S. this was written by metalman’s daughter lol

Love it
Only bad thing I have to say is that it’s hard for me to clean but other than that I enjoy the product and it straightens and drys my hair so fast

4C Hair You Need This
The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I LOVE THIS. Someone off tiktok mention this particular one for 4C hair because the bristles are wider and won't pull the hair out. So if you have 4C hair then this is for you.You have the option of the speed of the air flow and rather you want hot, warm or cold. Air comes out from all sides. It is slight heavy but manageable. My daughter hates having her hair blow dried. As you can see, no fuss or crying. I would recommend you do smaller sections when drying. I was so excited, I couldn't wait to put it to use. I'm ordering a 2nd just to have on stand by.

Just as good as a salon blowout
I purchased this type of hair dryer on the advice of my hair stylist. I have long, course, thick hair that takes forever to dry. Using a round brush and blow dryer at the same time can get frustrating and is very time consuming (the brush often gets tangled as well). With this tool my hair was dry in ten minutes and looked like I just stepped out of the salon! I was shocked. My hair had minimal frizz and some shine to it which was amazing. Now I just wish I had tried one of these sooner!PS. I let my hair air dry for about 30 minutes before using this so that it wasn’t soaking wet when I dried it - there’s less breakage and heat damage that way. I would highly recommend others doing that as well.

Surprised and happy! - update - March 2020
See my first review that says I was impressed, and now my update will tell you that I have retired my blow dryers. I ONLY use this hot air brush. It dries my hair quickly, I don't have to contort to get my hair dry with two hands, and it makes my hair smooth and volumized. I got mine on sale, and I see the price of it now. It is worth the current price.....just go for it.I had prepared myself to not like this, and when I opened it, I thought, "Why did I buy this thing....it isn't going to work." Boy, was I surprised! I have a lot of hair....a LOT of hair, and it did a good job drying it well. The negative ions made an impact on the texture. Will I use this every day? I'm not sure, but I am traveling tomorrow and it is already packed in my bag.
