Broke after many years
I loved this flat iron but it recently broke after less than 5 years. So now I'm in the market for another one. It did straighten my curly hair.

The best flat iron out there!
This is the BEST flat iron I have ever had! It works perfect! My stylist recommended this. I have had all the expensive brands over the years. This makes my hair shiny, lay flat, perfect temperature, and no damage!

If it actually worked
I recieved this product with one plate not heating up and the box top was peeled off. Just by in store. I am tired of returning damaged products. This is no longer a form of convenience for me but headaches and annoyance.

Lots of bells and whistles, on top of great functionality. Go for it!
Great flat iron. The travel case that came with it was compromised along one edge. Returning to replace the case. Nylon cord is easy to maneuver, with a lot of slack in the cord. Comes with an additional neoprene case, which is a nice bonus. Adjustable temperature is a plus. Doesn't fry hair, and 1" is a great thickness for sulking/swooping short hair. Does a better job than a curling iron.

the best straightener for my long
First was introduced to this straightener at my salon while getting my hair straightened. I bought this product AFTER wasting my money on a GHD 2 inch GOLD straightener. This is ...BY FAR... the best straightener for my long, curly hair. Works wonderfully. I also like that you can adjust the temperature. I LOVE THIS STRAIGHTENER! Amazing.
