Provide a place or phone number to talk to someone
The hearing was improved. The first pair I bought the left ear broke. The battery holder broke and the battery stuck inside. Couldn't find a contact to send back for a replacement. My grandson bought the set for me.

Failed
Hearing aid was broken or something when trying to tune it completely stopped working, the volume or hertz tuning button went straight into the item.
