Quality part, and has held up beautifully, Delphi hasnt let me down yet.
Had no problems will ball joint went in knuckle hub assembly without issue. Half a year on some of the worst roads and held up. Had good luck with delphi so far sway bar stabilizers held up, BJ so far is holding up, I prefer their ignition coils over the oem denso ones. I bought new sets of both and the delphi seem a sliver better. I got a map sensor on the way. Although I havent had any qc problems with delphi, with tie rods and suspension, delphi's warrantee is next to parts 1/4 the price. That doesnt necessarily mean anything as it doesnt equal they sell cheap crap. Ive compared the bargain against delphi and the quality difference is obvious. (Atleast in the parts ive compared.) Delphi clearly has much more to spend on engineering, materials, and testing as bargain brands. It does factor in dollar for dollar do I pay the same for a part thats 12 mo 12k warrantee or another reputable brand with 3-10x the warrantee. Maybe Delphi just trusts their products will speak for themselves or would rather put less money into replacing parts and more onto development/testing as their competitors. When I see suspensia who like delphi likes to tout oem status have tie rods at half the price with twice the warrantee in time and 4x the warrantee in miles as delphi it does seem strange. Then again their brand recognition is much higher, and even used parts haven't let me down or even caused me a single concern. When other brands generally more respected by the honda community have let me down. Still ive picked lesser brands and comparible brands over delphi because the discrepancy in warrantee and price. When you pay respectable brand price for a part, the warrantee indicates to consumers how much the company stands by their product. Most people if a part fails arent going to have time to mail the part in and wait, they are gonna replace it before they think of whether it under warrantee and start the process of getting it mailed out or whatever steps involved.
