Basically dilute bleach (sodium hypochlorite), but convenient and seems effective. A must for cleaning wounds with all these germs that give the finger to antibiotics.

This is a must for any kind of hard to heal wound.... or even to have on hand for children as it does not burn. A simple spray kills almost anything you can think of including strep, staph, MRSA.
