I buy a a package of 6 at least twice a month they taste so good dark chocolate with a hint of ginger

Three things to know if you really love these:1. These are small packages of a terrific cookie. Yes it is pricey for how many you get (6 large cookies in each package.) It is about the quality not the quantity. If you are on board with that, get these.2. Use the seller listed as 'Spellbound from England'. Why that seller? Because I tried months back to get these from another seller and they never showed up and they were not responsive to my questions. I really wanted them though, tried again through this seller and was not disappointed. Not least, this seller did a great job wrapping each individual package in bubble wrap before boxing them which means I experienced no cookie breakage or expensive package of crumbs.3. Expect to wait the full lead time they tell you and then give it another week for the state of shipping right now (everyone is buying everything online because it is a pandemic.) Still well worth the wait.

The best chocolate ginger cookie or most any cookie I've ever had, surpasses any other brand. I order from England because they appear no longer available in the U.S.

…. Probably from shipping at the wrong temperature. Didn’t affect the taste but they don’t look nice enough to present to guests.

I bought these biscuits/cookies in Scotland recently and ordered them from the US. They could be packaged a bit better for mailing from the United Kingdom based on my first order. However, the second order was more sturdily packaged. These are my favorite cookies ever! Strong ginger taste--covered with a thick layer of dark chocolate. I will place another order soon.

Don't get me wrong about these cookies! I love them! The problem is that these were not fresh! They are stale! The chocolate isn't shiny like normal. The chocolate is a dull color and that's not how they are usually when I get these cookies! I bought six boxes of these and I hope the others are not similar or I will be very disappointed!

I have always been addicted to ginger biscuits, gingersnaps and gingerbread as my grandmother used to make her own in England when I was growing up in the 50s. These products from the Scots bakery in Lanark are amazing. being strongly flavored and covered in dark chocolate:something my grandmother never tried. She had been in service in an upper class home for about ten years during the Edwardian period and learned all her recipes and personal touches there.When buying these biscuits buy a pack of six packets using Amazon Prime; it is incredible value. You will not find anyhting as good as these from anywhere else.

These are lovely if you like a crisp ginger cookie dipped in dark chocolate. Arrived in perfect shape, and we have been enjoying them every afternoon as a snack with tea. Would purchase again.
