This is a high priced set of multivitamins for the skin. This brand is more known for lip glosses and other makeup products, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. The pill packets are formidable so I would check with a doctor first before taking some of these in case they interfere with medications you're currently taking.I took these packets for about a week and didn't see much change in my skin - it didn't get worse nor did it get better. I stopped taking these because I'm already taking other multivitamins and realized that there was some overlap there - not a good idea to overdose. If you're a real health and beauty fitness fanatic you might want to try these, but for me, I realized it's not worth the money.

I have been taking these for a week and have noticed fewer hairs falling out. I have an aversion to big pills or “earthy” capsules, so I was happy to see these are easy to take. Two of them are quite large but the shape helps them go down easy. I like the package as they are individually packaged in a strip. The package is easy to open - a simple foil. No child resistant which is totally fine for me- I would rather have it easy to open . My only complaint is not knowing which capsule is which. There are about 5 capsules and I don’t know the contents of each one.

I was really hoping to see some sort of result from this but I do not. I took the entire pack and haven't noticed any changes at all. My hair isn't any better and my nails aren't even a tiny bit stronger. The pills are easy enough to take but I do not recommend this at all. I'd probably get better results from a multi vitamin with biotin.
