My heart doctor put me on this for my blood pressure. It has really helped. I wish it would be from this country but it is from India. However I have now been on this for maybe 7 years now and it has done a tremendous job of lowering my BP. I would be in trouble without this product. One day at the doctors, after taking my BP, he threw his cuff on the floor and said "This isn't right" and got another cuff. That also said the same thing...100 over something that I can't remember. He said "Wow...do you feel ok?" I said yes ... just fine. That was a couple of years ago now. I take many supplements but this is one that I would not be without.When i started taking these, this bottle here was the only one out there. Now there are several. But this is the bottle that i have been taking right along.

I have struggled with hypertension, 161/112 was a recent reading even on a beta blocker (which I hated). I made some changes to lifestyle: 3 liters of water a day, increased potassium, stayed under 2000 mg sodium, daily movement, essential oils, garlic capsules, beet root extract gummies, cbd, and the mutka vita 2x a day and I’m at 127/87 in just a week! This product has also helped tremendously with my anxiety!

I would leave zero stars if I could.Does not work and has side effects.Felt fatigued and addled.Made the left side of my face "twitch".Weird.YOU CANNOT RETURN AFTER PURCHASE.And a bit priced on the high side.May work for some with zero sides effects... but gets a zero from me.Instead... use high quality magnesium, potassium, and vitamin D3 K2....Much better results for lowering your BP.

The Mukta Vati is very good I will highly recommend it. Lower the high blood pressure my Husband take it his pressure was always high but after taking the Mukta Vati he went to his Doctor his Dictor was so amazed how low his pressure

Like this cause when my bp spikes it helps me get it back where it needs to be. Only thing I don’t like about it is it stops my nose up when I use it.
