I have spondylitis in my neck and chiropractor recommends ice when it’s inflamed. However previously found packs to be too firm and not right shape. This one is nice and flexible and because it’s long fits right round the neck. My son likes it for his lower back because it goes across the whole of the back. Only negative is that ice seems to collect on it and subsequently makes clothing wet.

I have RSI in my neck and get frequent migraines, and this really helps soothe both those things. I also pulled my back recently and after applying this, my back healed by the next day. Only things I dislike is that there’s nothing to keep it in place and doesn’t just lie there like the picture, unless you’re very good at keeping perfectly still. I use a hair scrunchie to tie the ends together, which keeps it fixed in place while I’m working. Also, would be good if it was a bit bigger, to encompass the entire upper back region and extend to the shoulders and reach the base of the skull, so you don’t have to lean back. The other negative is even with the sealed bag it comes with, it still absorbs the smell of the food in your freezer, so it’s a bit funky. That said, it’s easier and better to use than a bag of frozen peas, I think.

I was torn between this one and another brand that covers the shoulders and part of the back too. But this one is longer and I feel like it will stay on place as I move around. I like the 2 different surface options. If I put it in the freezer a short time, the plastic folder side is ok to use. If it’s been in there longer then the covered cotton side is great. Very happy, just hope other reviews about the gel leaking are a one-off.. time will tell.

This ice pack wrap was bought as a gift for a family member who suffers chronic neck pain. It molds to the shape of her neck making it comfortable to lie against and she doesn't have to hold it in place. We're both very pleased with it. The seller got in contact to check that the item arrived undamaged, and I'm glad to say it was in good condition and ready to use within a few hours of popping it into the freezer.

I have an endocrine disorder which means I am forever too hot; an hour in the freezer and this gave me SUCH relief from the heat cooling me right down allowing me to sleep. It's definitely a five star product...!!

I have a very painful neck and shoulders and was looking forward to using my new pack. I was pleased with the appearance and it fitted very well and was nice and long and lay very well once on. Only trouble was I had to keep putting it back in microwave as it was not hot enough. When on neck and shoulders the heat only remained for a couple of minutes so was ver6 disappointed. I was going to send back but have decided to keep it and try it as a ice pack. Quite expensive as it didn’t hold the heat. Only good thing was in lies well on your neck and shoulders.

So perfect!! I have horrible neck pain and I use these almost daily. They are flexible and never freeze hard. The fabric side makes it comfortable to put directly on the skin. The length and width are a perfect wrap for neck pain. This ice pack stays cold for much longer than 20mins so it makes the pain less so I can fall asleep. I have purchased more than 1 of these and will probably purchase more to have at home and work.

This is a great product, high quality materials. I needed something for my neck and the base of my skull, I tried other products but this is the best to date. I keep it in the fridge, you can use the gel side or the soft fabric side depending on how much hot/ cold you want to feel. You can move the gel beads around to fit the area too. Keeps the temperature for a long time. My daughter had a light fever and I used this for her forehead and neck, it was soothing, she loved it. Shipping was fast, the packaging was good and had a nice touch in the form of a mini envelop that opens up into a note from the seller.

Ich verwende es täglich für meinen Nacken und bin sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nur einen Nachteil - da es relativ groß und lang ist rutschen die "Perlchen" mehr und mehr nach vorn und im Nacken fehlt dann zunehmend der Wärmeeffekt. Das Problem hatte ich mit schlechteren Gelkissen auch, aber da hier ohnehin schon eine angedeutete Teilung vorhanden ist, wäre eine echte Dreiteilung super.
