This is the second one of these I have purchased and I've been so delighted with it. It is thick, well made, and I like the extra mat because it works well for my knees. The color is just right as well. It is slip resistant and has a good grip too. Also it doesn't come with a horrendous smell which is wonderful so it doesn't have to be aired out! It does have some markings from where it's tightly wound up with the carrying strap. I highly recommend this product!

I like the quality of this mat it’s very thick as you can see which is perfect for me plus it comes with an extra small mat for your knees which is the same thickness. If you don’t like the feeling of a hard floor like me then this is the one for you the cushion is very soft and comfortable.

I am not an expert on yoga mats since this is the first one I purchased. I find it fantastic. It is LONG, about 1 inch thick and comfortable to stand on. Further, it appears to be non-slipping and sticks to the floor. The carry straps are high quality and easy to take off and to attach to the rolled up mat when you’re done. Highly recommend this man.

After using a cheaper exercise mat at the start of lockdown, I decided to upgrade to a better one. This mat did not disappoint. I was looking for something with a bit of bounce, since my knees were getting a pounding from performing lunges on a thin exercise mat. It hasn’t shredded (like cheaper mats do) and It also provides enough traction for yoga poses. I have a wooden floor and this mat stays put through all my exercises. All in all, a good all round mat.

Estuve pensando muy bien en cual elegir entre todos los que te ofrece Amazon, y me decidí por este, esta bastante grueso, no se siente el suelo y en mi caso si trae el tapete aparte para las rodillas y el aditamento para transportarlo, la verdad una excelente calidad, si llega al 1.2 cm (o 1/2 pulgada) de grueso por lo que es bastante cómodo, lo utilizo yo y mi hijo para jugar, le gusto bastante la comodidad que tiene

Just got this a few days ago. It is exactly as the description says, thick enough to protect all the joints and bones but not to big that makes you feel instability. Really comfortable, I love the knee pad as well. Great and complete combination, It actually, has already made a big difference for my at-home workouts. What I love the most is that it comes with a 2 year warranty card which makes me feel more secure about the quality of the mat. The color is exactly the same as the picture (gray) The only "bad thing" is that you could still slide it a little bit if you jump from side to side fast and hard but, in general, good non-slip traction.

This yoga mat is so comfortable. It’s nice and thick and I love the vibrant green colour. I am new to Yoga, so I was pleasantly surprised at how soft it is. I also like the mini mat provided for your knees, especially since I have knee problems
