WarmlyYours 10-Bar Infinity Towel Warmer, Hardwired, Brushed Stainless Steel

Fantastic addition to master bath and wife loves it....and so do I. Anyone reasonable do it your seller can install if they are comfortable working with electric and installing outlets. The brushed stainless looks great and complements other stainless fixtures. Product is very well made. The included timer works great but is not the easiest to program.

This was a replacement for a unit that failed after 4 years. Don't know why, but oil appeared in the switch on the bottom post and thus the whole unit failed to heat. Still liked the system well enough to fork out another $300+ to replace it. Heats 2 towels every morning so that when we get out of the shower they are warm and dry. CAUTION - you will become spoiled by having a warm towel in the morning, so beware if you have an additive personality. 4 years is not what I would consider a long life and if this one fails again that soon I'm afraid I won't be replacing it with the same, but for now I can only say it does what it says it will do.

Looks great. Warms towels nicely. Timer is not easy to set or program.

I was so excited because my interior designer recommended this brand. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be installed. There was no template provided and the parts that need to be connected to the wall anchors were so misaligned, we couldn’t make them work. Because of construction delays we have missed the window to return this towel warmer. Very disappointed in the quality.

I hardwired this in rather than using the time. Very high quality and never had an issue. Its a very nice addition to any bathroom.

This towel warmer looks great and the included timer is nice if you take showers on a fairly regular schedule. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being room temperature and 10 being fresh out of the dryer) this warmer will get your towel to about a 3 after 15-20 minutes. If you let it warm for an hour or more it gets to about a 5. The rods are quite warm to the touch so it is working correctly. It just doesn't do it's main job as well as I'd hoped. It does do a good job of drying towels if left on for an hour or 2 and that avoids mustiness. I wish the timer had a countdown feature so it would turn off a certain amount of time after being turned on. It can only be programmed to go on or off at certain days and times. Our shower schedules vary a lot from day to day so pre-programming on/off times doesn't work for us.

We have had our towel warmer for over 10 years. I gets very hot - so hot, it will burn you if you touch the metal. I weave my towels in the warmer and they are hot every morning. Not warm but hot. I also use it to dry my hair towel which it does very quickly. I do not know why other reviewers say it does not get hot enough to warm their towels. I just purchased two more for a home we are building. I did not have a timer on my first one mine but the new ones do. I left my warmer on and only turned it off when we would go out of town. Ten years strong! I have definitely got my moneys worth.

Good quality product. Bought the hard wired version with the programmable timer. The towel rail heats up quickly and gives out a lot of heat. Not the easiest thing to install yourself, I had no power available close by, but it was worth the effort. I found the best way was to secure one corner first in the position you chose, put it in place and mark the spots for the other 3 anchor points. Then remove, drill and fix.

After travelling in northern Europe where these types of racks are quite common I researched and came around to purchasing this heater. It heats up quickly and has a higher than average wattage output. The thermostat that it came with was quite advanced and more than what I needed for this heater. I ended up purchasing one that I could set for 1-2-4-8 hours which worked better for me than having it come on a set intervals.Overall the heater is great. Its saved on having to do load after load of laundry because the towels won't dry and start to smell. Also its really cozy to dry off with a warm towel.

Towel warmer works great. This is actually my second as the first one lasted about 4 years and then the switch and internal wiring disintegrated. It would have been nice to get longer life out if the warmer, but it was on daily.In the winter it is certainly nice to have a warm towel, but it was in the summer we discovered the benefit as our towels would dry out. Before with the furnace off our towels would stay damp. You do need to set the timer to be on for a least an hour before use if you want really warm towels.Children need to be careful around the towel warmer as it is hot to touch.

The towel warmer is nice, heats up fast, looks neat.The only thing I don’t like is the timer. It’s an actual light timer (you program it when you wish for it to be turned on, time of day, etc.). I wish the timer was to switch it off in 10,15,30 min after I turned it on (like fan in the bathroom).So I wouldn’t buy the programmable switch that comes with it, but purchase one separately for time delay switch off.

Stopped working and by that time we were told we were outside the return date.
