Don't trust Huanyang or loose your money
I blame Huanyoung for its worthless customer service. Two or three years ago it was different and I regarded them as very good and reliable business partners. It must have been at the time when they were trying to compete with other manufacturers of similar products. These days are gone now. In one of my latest deals with Huanyoung, I lost almost $230. The VFD I bought broke within days after installation. Initially, Huanyang engineers tried to work with me, directing me to perform few troubleshooting tests. Apparently, the results were unsuccessful so they promised to send me a replacement VFD. 8 months passed, the replacement never came and they are ignoring my mail.
