2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 - fits and works!
It's 100% plastic with a wire clip. It pops on with no effort and works. But there's no metal insert, etc. so I can't see it standing up to any abuse. But it does work, and for the price it was a good replacement for the one that was missing in my used truck.

Perfect Fit
My children regardless of how many times I say don't mess with the truck still do. So of course they broke the lever off to control the seat back. They also made sure to have it tilted way back making it difficult to drive until a new lever arrived. This lever works great and is easy to install. Basically just push it on. Amazon has many affordable replacements for my Suburban which has saved the day due to my children. Not only have they broken this, but have also ripped off a door handle and hung like a monkey from the rear window washer arm. Those are different reviews. My children are going to make Amazon richer.

Product good. Returned due to ordering the wrong seat belt handle for my truck.

Installation requires small hands and dexterity to install the retaining clip.
This is the same as OEM part design. The clip is easiest to install one side at a time, rather than pushing it down over both slots at the same time. This will make sense when you see the part.Other than that - installation took about 3 minutes.If you have a young teenager, that will be best, as they know how to do it, and you can get a cup of your favorite drink and a easy chair after you explain what you want.The random neighbor kid should do the trick, as they are always up for a challenge.Just make sure you prep it well (you really only need them to install the clip on the shaft).The rest of the parts & trim pieces can be re-installed by a more careful hand.Good luck!
