The fan was relatively easy to install. Would suggest color marking the power wires: thermostat wire, speed control wire and power wire. All of the wires are black and when working in a small space it is hard to distinguish which wire is which. If I had to install again, I would use something to identify each black wire. This way I wouldn’t have needed to trace each black wire to determine where it connects, once everything is installed.The fan is fairly quite. The noise is acceptable on high speed for us. The amount blower noice is subjective, however.The fan works great and we can definitely feel the difference in how the fireplace heats the room.Great value.

First one we received didn’t work, but replacement works very well. Is a little loud, but not enough to deter from using it.

This didn't seem to be the right model for our fireplace, although it listed it to be compatible. The instructions were not very clear. It did not fit into the space where it said it should go.

Good part. Easy to install. Got here quickly and worked well.

Works really well

I bought this fan because the picture with the measurements seems to show the height at 3.23 and the width 3.73. The reverse is true. The height is 3.73 so into the trash it went.
