I've been looking for a gaming chair for a little over a month. Reading reviews, I tend to base my decision on the 2-4 star ratings. If you are like me, you throw out all the 5 star ratings and 1 star ratings and see what the actual issues are with a product. Let me preface this review by saying: I ordered the White chair with foot rest. It seems each chair has its own pluses and minuses and this review is specifically about the White chair. The chair was shipped in one package with all parts labeled (including the screws). The tool provided is 100x better than most as it isn't an allen wrench, but a t-handled. The instructions were mostly pictures. The only trouble I had was making sure the arms were properly put together before mounting. Other than that, the entire chair went together in under 1/2 hour. The wheels are hard plastic and not rubber. The do, however, move easily ans smoothly on our hardwood floors. The chair itself is not as comfortable as I would like, but for the price, I am not going to argue. I'm 5'10 about 200# and the chair fits me fine. The mechanisms that lift and recline the chair are a bit stiff, but work well. Foot rest is gimmicky at best as I'm more of a PC gamer and don't recline too much during gaming sessions. The footrest does, however, extend and retract rather smoothly and stays tucked out of the way as to not bother you when sitting straight up. The lumbar pillow is just ok and when in use doesn't allow me to use the headrest pillow. Other than that, it's a sharp looking chair and all the parts seems solid when putting it together. The only thing left is to test it's longevity. I'll try to remember to come back and write a 6 month review on how the chair is holding up. Seriously though, for $89 (on sale) why not take the risk and order one. All I can say, I'm happy with my chair and very happy with my experience with Tespo!

This is what I got... All my previous office chairs where cheap hand me downs. It was hard not to choose one with thousands of positive reviews for about the same price, I chose this chair because I wanted one with adjustable arm rests, it looked beefier than the others, and I was curious about the leg rest.The chair itself is very comfortable. Although it is hard for me to be a critic, since all my previous chairs where junk. Whatever incline I prefer the cushions can be adjusted to compensate. The chair can be locked into place or can rock back and forth. Easily adjustable, via a knob under the seat.THE LEG REST is worthless sitting upright and not too great at a slight incline. I was going to remove it, but found that at a generous incline that is great for putting my feet on. eg. Watching a movieTHE ARM RESTS. I'm 6'3", medium build and often find arm rest to be uncomfortably low. With this chair I can actually set them one notch uncomfortably high. Very impressed, except, I was unaware that the arm rest also swivels. Originally I was not I did found this annoying. Now, after a over a month of use. I don't think I'd buy a chair without the option.CONSTRUCTION: I’ve seen reviews on other chairs with rusty metal and poor construction on the inside. At first glance I seen 1/8" rod iron and thought grrr. Those were just cross members, mediocre tacked. The actual frame however is rust free with solid welds.ASSEMBLING the chair was not hard. All tools and screw were included. The instructions miss identified parts and screws however. For example, it would tell me use screw "T", when really it requires screw "Q", very annoying. Also the arm rest pads are not symmetrical, so orienting the correctly can be tricky on the first try.OVERALL, I use this chair for office and entertainment. All in all, I felt like was gambling when I went with this chair. I revised this review from a month ago and I’m very happy with it.I should note that the seller shipped it immediately and I received it sooner than expected.

The chair is great, let me start with that. Wonderful investment that has my back feeling refreshed and without tension. I do not have a great back so thank you for this.Love the foot rest! And that the armrest is adjustable! Armrest was probably my biggest purchasing decision.Lounging in this chair can induce long naps... Moves up and down with great range AND the chair prevents you from accidentally tipping backwards. LOL gives you a small heart attack if you aren't ready.Base is good, solid and rolls very easily on a mat... Rolls well on carpet, compared to most computer chairs.Cushions aren't incredibly soft, but comfortably firm. I don't think of this as a bad thing, I like firmer furniture. Though its on the firm side, your body will still sink into the chair very quickly. If you like softer cushions, this may not be for you... But objectively speaking, its a wonderfully comfortable chair.Shipping was quick, prompt, and the shipping assembly protected the item well through transit. GREAT Seller for Non-Prime items, so do not let that discourage you.Installation time was nothing too exhausting, and felt to be easier than it was going to be. It could have been quicker if the instructions were tailored to the specific model I had purchased (see instruction issues).Some MINOR Cons:-pillow cannot be tightened to hold higher positions... You basically have to pin your head against it to where you are comfortable.- instructions were not specific to my chair's model... Definitely was a different chair's instructions but very similar (I was able to understand the next steps, just took a little extra time). The instructions are also poorly put together (i.e. they labeled certain components with certain alphabetic letters... But then some of those letters were different on the physical items). As long as you have put together Ikea furniture, pay attention to detail and do not rush, you can easily install this chair flawlessly the first time. I did on my first attempt.- If you HATE firm chairs, I might look elsewhere. But as I have said, its a SUPER comfortable chair in my opinion. I don't feel its that firm, personally.
