Excellent Product To Customize any Outdoor Pathway
While I can't rate the "easy to use" option in the review as I did not end up using this for our outdoor project I can say that the product is heavy-duty, looks easy to use, and is large enough size to make your pathway project go quickly. As always, working with concrete may take a few times to get the mixture just right but watching some other videos online makes this look like a no-brainer and a great way to save money on not having to buy individual stones from the hardware store.

Works well . Straightforward process with a few tips .
I made a simple pathway , straight. I used the mold to make 19 " stones " its not difficult but it is hard if that makes sense . Physical work . I used about 3/4 of a 60 pound bag of concrete per 1 mold . The tedious part is the prep . Leveling and compacting the dirt . Using the mold was the fun part . I was working solo, so it was slow and steady. I mixed my cement in a wheelbarrow . Mixing just enough for a singular mold. After making a stone I would take the mold to the wheelbarrow and rinse it off . Mix more concrete and repeat the process . A few tips I read and used was my mix worked best as the consistency of " oatmeal " when the mix was perfect i could lay the concrete in the mold , compact it with my hand tools and pull the mold up right away . I used basic no frills Quick rite concrete mix. I had one small bag of high end premium concert mix on hand already and it made a much smoother mold stone then the cheap concrete mix that had more rocks in it . I would recommend to decide on one type and stick with it to make sure your stones look the same . My best tip is to make 1 or 2 extra . In my case at the end of my walkway I didn't have room to fit another full mold so I was able to use the extra one for the 4 small pieces that I needed . Start with your extra ones first or start where that stone will be hidden or blended in. That gives you a buffer to get your mix and technique down before you make the stones that will be seen first. The mold washed up well after and is hanging in garage to be used again if needed Two people and two molds work best. Pretty slow with only one but I was in no hurry .

Get them! Way better than PathMaker!
We ordered from another site the same product and it’s been stuck in China for 2 months. These arrived quickly. Over the course of a week we laid a 600 sqft patio with 3 molds. They held up great! Rinse them off every few molds because they’ll start to stick. I didn’t do 2 molds next to eachother because I didn’t like the gap it left but worked perfect going in a stair pattern. 1 80lb bag of concrete can fill 1.5-2 molds depending on wetness. Definitely recommend!!

Weak assembly snap points.
At this point I have assembled the pieces sent to me. There was a couple cracked and broken spots on the attachment snap locations I noticed. The mold still seems to be sturdy, I will update once I have used it and see if it stayed together. I have not used a "snap together" template yet, I am curious if it will hold solid for the work.

Just what we wanted
My amazing husband, used these to put in a patio for our small backyard. He loved how easy it was to use these forms, we bought two. Each one takes just a little less than a 50 lbs bag of quick crete. He would fill one and set the second beside it and put the leftover crete in it and mix more and repeat. So, fill it, pack it down and pull the form off then I would rinsed them each time for him.( team work 😊 ) After they all dried , he put bags of sand to fill the spaces between with a heavy duty push broom. The sand really made it look complete. He did a great job and it looks great!

Forms are well made. You have to assemble them once the arrive. Mix your cement a little on the wet side to make things easier. I'm not sure it's any cheaper or easier than buying pre made patio stones, but it does work as advertised and I am happy with my purchase.

Used this to press a pattern into a cement doorstep. It's sturdy enough to be reused many times.

It is a slow process, if you want to speed it up, buy two or more. Easy to use. I made a walkway.
