Wonderful machine
Best little robovac! Wish the dust bin was bigger but definitely had great suction! I love this vacuum!

Pretty solid unit
Pros - love the feature that scans your floor plan, thus allowing you to spot clean custom areas. This is great for when you want to clean a single room (in an open-plan house) or you want to clean the rug.Cons - I am find that it sometimes finds it hard to get back to the charging station before the battery runs out. And the manual controls are not easy to use. If you don't have the app, I could see it getting pretty frustrating.

Great robo vac
One of the best robo vacs out there. It’s mapping tech sets it apart. Suction isn’t the best on the market, but it’s more than capable of cleaning carpets and hardwood floors.

Look for a better machine, this one is stupid, not a very smart machine
UPDATE: 8-05-2022 SO IT'S DEAD, ONE DRIVE WHEEL LOCKED UP. It's a piece of junk now, I looked online and the wheel is about $60 to buy, and there is a lot of work to take the unit apart and replace it. It's out of warranty, I dealt with it getting lost in the house and going in circles, and maps being screwed up for a year and a half. I feel like they should have paid me to deal with it. I spent too much on this toy of a vacuum. This vac constantly gets lost. It goes into areas that are marked off-limits in its map management, it re-vacuums areas three times and misses other areas. Every stinking time it runs it gets screwed up at my dishwasher. At the moment it's trying to find its home base, driving around and bumping into everything for the last 20 min. Every single time I leave home and it runs it gets stuck. I come home and the battery is dead. It really never learns, never gets smarter. There has got to be smarter machines out there, this one is not it.

Dumb Robot
I bought the sister of this product, the 930, on E-bay. After owning it more than a year, I wanted to give potential buyers some candid feedback.I shopped around the major brands including iRobot. I decided on Ecovacs as a good value. In fact, I bought two of them for different levels of my house. The machines appear well made and function adequately as a vacuum. The problem is mostly software related. The device does things that are just plain dumb. In a rectangular area, it chooses to clean back and forth on the short axis rather than up and down the long axis. All that changing directions has got to eat up battery and cause wear and tear.Next, it frequently gets itself stuck. In fact, it is bound and determined to get stuck. It tries to climb over a rug, fails, and then never gives up. Sure, it will try a few different ways but it keeps trying the way it continually fails. The worst is when it runs out of battery doing this.It misses spots. I can look at the map and see gray areas where it hasnt cleaned yet. I look in those spots and see cat hair piled up. But it never attempts to go there to clean. The area isnt blocked, it just chooses to not go.When it returns to the charger, it will try to take the shortest path even though it is the most difficult path (carpet, furniture) and it dies before reaching the charger. When power goes out, it will start cleaning when the power comes back on, without a command. It has ignored virtual boundaries. There are no options for circular boundaries. It will refuse to go to places visible on the map and on command when it is outside its mapped area. Hello, if I tell you to go there, you're not gonna fall off the edge of the earth! The mopping function works poorly. Really not worth the extra money unless you have low expectations for just a damp surface mop. Your floors will still have stains on them. Might lift a little more dust.It fails to get over rugs and thresholds it should be able to according to company claims.Rotating brushes should have variable speed control, or at least slower. It often sweeps the dirt away from the vacuum rather than into it.Expect to clean it often. Hair easily entangles the roller. It does have a no-roller option i may try. It's quite possible that Roomba is just as dumb. If your house has a simple layout, all wood or carpet, and sparse furniture, it will probably be a decent buy for you. I think better programming could improve this a lot.

Not much bang for your buck, go with a less expensive model
I've owned the DEEBOT N79S for three years and it still works wonderfully. I was hesitant to buy a more expensive model but really wanted mopping and mapping, since we'd just moved into a much bigger place. Unfortunately, I should've stuck with the N79S...- As a vacuum, the OZMO cleans the floors well, but with one unacceptable caveat: the dustbin. It's small and awkwardly shaped in a way that it barely fills halfway and must be emptied. I find myself chasing it down to empty it 3-4 times per clean. If you schedule it to clean once a day it's not as bad, but you must babysit no matter what.- This guy tends to get itself stuck more frequently than my old N79S and it doesn't warn you via the app. The smart, laser-guided navigation leaves much to be desired and the wheel base has it getting stuck trying to climb up from hardwood to a 7mm (1/4") bath mat.- The mapping function is very efficient and learns your layout well, as opposed to the 'dumber' models that randomly troll about your house until the battery's dead.- The mopping function is just a gimmick. Its water reservoir is twice the size of the dustbin, but it really doesn't pump enough water to the mop rag for any measurable efficacy. The fact that you have to soak the mop rag before each use is really what mops the floor, which works fine for light mopping, but the reservoir & pump do not add anything. While the dustbin is a major problem, the navigation & mopping aren't the end of the word, it just means you have to move a few items before cleaning and wet the rag. The $500 price tag does not add $300 of value over my older model. Not even close. My next purchase will be a model with a self-cleaning dustbin, most likely the Roomba i6+ or Shark iq, both of which are comparatively priced.

Ok so far
I have bad luck with many Robots. My Ecovacs 901 has been going strong 2 years. I have had others that didn't last 3 months. So i went back to new Ecovacs.
