I’m one of those people who would rather go without unless the gluten free product is as good or better than the regular version. Le Veneziane has brought pasta back into my life after years of going without due to mushy texture & having to rinse other Gf brands after cooking. Le Veneziane can be cooked al dente & doesn’t need to be rinsed afterwards. Product is consistent & price is reasonable for a high quality GF product. I’ve had good luck with the no-bake lasagna noodles, elbows, eliche, pipe rigate, & penne.

I LOVE this brand of pasta! The taste is phenomenal and it holds any sauce we’ve thrown at it. Worth every cent!

If you need gluten free pasta, look no further. After traveling to Rome and eating gluten free pasta there, our American brands are stiff and tasteless. Le Veneziane pasta --any product they( Le Veneziane) offer on Amazon, is like being back in Italy. Yes, the price is higher. I don't object because of the quality and flavor a worth it. It even holds up for leftovers! I am so happy Amazon carries this brand. I will use nothing else now that I have experienced eating and working with this pasta.... and my family loves it as well.

We tried many different brands of gluten-free pasta and most were disappointing. This is good pasta. It doesn’t heat up the next day as well as traditional pasta. If you eat it fresh it is good. I’ve had many guests not even be able to tell that it was gluten-free.

Hard to find GF pasta that pleases everyone but even the pickiest kid in our home enjoyed

Tasted this for the first time traveling in Italy. Ordered it to have waiting for me when I got home. Gluten free pasta is usually just so- so. I usually just forego gluten-free pasta because it is just not good. Rice pasta can get mushy but this corn pasta has a great consistency. Compared to rice pasta which I would call neutral at best, this pasta has a real pasta flavor! What a treat for gluten-free eating!

La Veneziane gluten free pasta is absolutely the best pasta I’ve ever tried! After being diagnosed with celiac disease 6 years ago I tried so many brands that were just awful. Then I found this amazing product on Amazon! Cooks up perfect every time and reheats well. My very picky Italian mother loves it and that says it all! It’s pricey but then all gf products are over priced. Be sure to try all varieties. You won’t be disappointed!
